If your child is interested in dance, we are confident that they will grow and flourish under our instruction. With a safe space, quality equipment, wonderful teachers and plenty of options, we believe you’ll love working with us. Our state of the art studio includes a floating wood dance floor, ballet barres, mirrors and wonderful dance instructors. 
Birthday parties are supposed to be fun and enjoyable, and here at Old Town Gymnastics Academy, we make sure that everyone has fun – even the parents! With our ability to throw easy and fun birthday parties in the Winston-Salem, North Carolina area, we entertain the kids, and you will be able to enjoy the party! 
Our experienced coaches all have professional backgrounds, and we are lucky enough to have two instructors who have national certifications. The founder of our studio has several degrees in movement, exercise and psychology along with being a wonderful staple of the community and experienced instructor. With over 100 years of combined experience between our instructors, your young gymnast is in good hands with our team.

In the Winston-Salem, North Carolina area, it isn’t always easy to find a quality gym that offers a safe and inclusive learning environment, but our facility ensures a fun and enjoyable experience for all. When joining our cheer team, our cheerleaders find that they learn skills for life as well as skills for cheer team. 
Our play groups are designated for children, ages 10 months to 6 years old. This is a time where children play in a safe environment with their parents by their side. We have all the large equipment of a gymnastics gym including spring floors, bars, beams, and a tumble trak, but we also have preschool sized bars, beams, and training aids sized for the smaller child. This is a great opportunity for parents to spend quality time with their little one as parents are required on the floor.

Small town business. The owner is always around making sure things are running smoothly. All the staff are sweet and patient with my kids. We've been going for about 6 months now and I am seeing definite improvement in my children's performance. My daughter in particular is not very athletic and this has been phenomenal for her in learning how to move her body and build better coordination.

I am a gymnasts at OTGA and can proudly say that i have learned more from these coaches in this last year than i have anywhere else. The coaches are great and teach you so much. the owner Alex is awesome and knows what he is doing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for gymnastic for their children

Words can not really explain how much my kids and I love this place! My kids have gained everything from Physical strength to strength in other aspects, they have made so many friends here and honestly so have I as a parent! My kids have learned to listen and focus to accomplish different skills. The coach's are great with children of all ages! And the birthday parties are always a blast!
I've thrown multiple parties and attended probably 5 others at the gym and it's always great, was less stressful for parents and the kids have a blast no matter the age! I always recommend to people to come bring their children to OTGA!

Calling Old Town Gymnastics was one of the best things I have done for my four year old granddaughter! The time she has been enrolled has been so wonderful! Her confidence is improving, her strength, and we are so pleased. The coaches are excellent, the gym is spacious and clean, and the pricing is great. She has been diagnosed with ptsd & we were worried she wouldn't enjoy gymnastics.so glad we were wrong. Thank you to all of the coaches for your hard work, caring, and for your help.

We had our daughters 4th birthday party here. It was great! The staff was so helpful and played parachute games with the kids. Everyone had blast! The price is much less than other places and you get an ample amount of time to enjoy your guest. Easy bday party for parents away from the summer heat! Five stars!
