Our hardwood floor cleaning options use a very low moisture (VLM) method that uses a tiny fraction of the water used in other cleaning methods. Because we utilize effective eco-friendly cleaners, we don’t need a lot of water to wet the surface or rinse it. No residue from the cleanser is left behind on your floors, ensuring a clean that won’t cloud or streak your hardwood floors. Instead, all that is left behind after our hardwood floor cleaning is a beautiful surface that you can be proud of!
The process of hardwood floor refinishing can be messy, but our method is much cleaner than most because we don’t sand the floors. Instead, we perform a deep cleaning with a special hardwood cleaning machine, and then perform a screening and apply a protectant finish. We are able to help with floors that have been stained or painted, have narrow or thick slats, are in good condition or need some repairs.
Our upholstery cleaning options are wonderful for people who are looking for a quality clean without using a lot of water. Unlike other upholstery cleaning options, our methods use very little water. Last month our church needed someone to do several different cleaning tasks for us, our carpets needed shampooing, as well as hardwood floors and upholstery cleaned. We contacted a couple different companies and decided to hire Green Steps Carpet Care. We are so glad that we did, as we were so impressed with the quality of work that we received; they did an amazing job cleaning the floors and the upholstery.
Our hardwood floors were very dull and ViJay restored them and gave them life again. I highly recommend this business for carpet and rug cleaning. VJ is professional, extremely knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. He went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with the carpet cleaning, and did a fantastic job. I have an older dog who recently had accidents for the first time - I was skeptical about being able to salvage a favorite rug. It looks brand new again! I'm telling all my friends and family about him, he's great!

VJ did an incredible job cleaning our carpets! We have 5 kids and our carpets were very dirty, and now they look like new! He was able to get all of the stains out of the bedrooms and the stairs! 10/10 would recommend! We had some carpeted areas and two microfiber couches steam cleaned. They really seem to appreciate your business. I was quoted $295 and they ended up doing it for $195, and threw in a hallway at no extra charge. Less expensive than two other local companies I got quotes from. Super nice guys.

We had a water heater leak overnight and a ladder and shop vac absolutely destroyed our floors during the clean-up. VJ came in and did an absolutely fantastic job or restoring them back to new. With fairly severe allergy issues, I had to have chemical free carpet cleaning. VJ was extremely knowledgeable and competent, did a terrific job on my large area rug. He also advised me on an ozone machine that I was "misusing". I would highly recommend this very professional, intelligent gentleman for your carpet cleaning.
