Tommy and staff are the only plumbing service to consider in the Iredell county area. Had an emergency leak while I was out of town, Tommy answered call immediately and was there within minutes. Also helped unclog a shower drain. Great service & guys!

Had them put in a dishwasher and fix a sink drain. Were prompt and professional. Would recommend to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

I am a relatively new resident to Alexander County, so I'm still wrapping my head around "who's who" when it comes to high quality services in the area. After a quick Google search, I stumbled upon Top Notch Plumbing and decided to give them a try due to the plethora of positive reviews. And after using them, myself, I can absolutely see why they're so highly regarded!

I am still in the process of moving into my new house, and I randomly discovered that one of the shower heads doesn't get warm. I knew it couldn't be an issue with the water heater since other faucets and shower heads in the house work just fine. I gave Top Notch a call, and the receptionist was SO nice. She was beyond accommodating when it came to getting someone scheduled to come see me. Additionally, I had to call back to reschedule an hour or so later due to a conflict, and she immediately made the switch. Johanna, I believe was her name.

She served as a great "first impression" for the company, for sure! The actual plumber that was sent to me was named Michael, and he was an absolute delight. He was so gregarious and engaging from the moment he got out of the truck. I gave him a brief overview of the issue, and he did such a great job of outlining possibilities and walking me through his process.

It turned out to be a relatively small fix/issue that he got knocked out in a matter of minutes. The entire process from start to finish (from calling/scheduling the service to the actual plumber fixing the problem and leaving) was incredible. I will never use another plumber; Top Notch will forever be my "go to" as I unearth other plumbing-related issues with my new home. I'm VERY satisfied with this company and cannot recommend them enough to anyone!

I've used Top Notch Plumbing twice. Both times I had Anthony respond. He was courteous, professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He talked me through the process each time before beginning the repairs. He was upfront with how much each procedure would cost and there were no hidden costs. I feel confident that Top Notch Plumbing is a company I can trust and that I will be a repeat customer.

Tommy and his men are literally "Top Notch"! I am very picky and a tough consumer to please. Much to my surprise I had absolutely no issues with any of their work. Not only do they show up on time, they use high quality products and leave no mess! I have several different properties here in Statesville and Tommy is the only plumber that I allow to work on them. Excellent quality and customer service.

We used Top Notch Plumbing twice. The first time they replaced our water heater. The heater was on the second floor in the laundry room. They covered the carpeted stairs and loft with drop cloths to protect the carpet. The technicians were neat, professional and courteous. The second time we used them for a repair. Tom, the owner provided same day service, including driving to Charlotte from Troutman to get the needed part. This is a "top notch" company. Tom and his team will be our go to plumbing company. 5 star service!

RJ was professional, prompt and courteous. Not only did RJ fix the problem but found another issue as well. I was impressed with the cost too, very reasonable. I absolutely recommend Top Notch Plumbing Services and will be using them in the future if the need arises.

Top Notch Plumbing did an excellent job of replacing our galvanized pipe with pex, installing a new water heater, and trenching a new water main. The whole team is professional, in work, customer service, and cleaning up after their work. Top Notch took the time to 'think the job through' and cut out as little of our drywall as possible, in order to get to the pipes underneath. Also, they were very good in disturbing our front yard as little as possible with the trenching that needed to be done. We had quotes from several different plumbers, and Top Notch gave us the most reasonable quote for the work done. Thanks, Top Notch!

Anthony and Michael came out to my dad's house to fix some plumbing issues. My dad said they did a wonderful job and explained to him exactly what had to be done. Top Notch is exactly how to describe this company. They are quick to respond/punctual, do a great job of communicating about the problem/project, and are courteous & polite. I had them come out to flush my tankless water heater and Tom educated me about routine maintenance for the unit. I highly recommend Top Notch Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

Tom and his crew are awesome. My water heater died and after calling around to several companies, he had the best price and he was able to come out next day to install a new one. Process was simple and will definitely keep him in mind for future work.

Tom and his team completed 2 major projects for us. The first was a re-plumb of our entire house (3 levels). The second was installation of a new main water line from our meter to our house (250 feet). They did excellent work! They were thorough and methodical in their approach. They cleaned up daily in the areas that they were working in. They were polite and considerate of my home. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! Keiran and Tommy were great! Helped us with a gas stove line. They were the most helpful, quick, considerate people. Great attention to detail. Tommy noticed a slight loose faucet while washing his hands and did a quick fix. I highly recommend this company. Very reliable and communicated about appointments and arrival times. Thomas Melo came and was very professional. The clog was difficult, but he stayed and worked on it until it was clear. The price was reasonable and I appreciated that. A very good company to deal with.

Very well, We will be using them in the future for other plumbing needs. As far as cost, can't compare, as we never had this issue in our life coming from a well. But the job was done nicely, and a few other things fixed that they didn't know about.
