David was great! He communicated effectively, provided explanations about all the work that was being done and followed-up when the work was finished. We used ARC for our insolation needs and they were great! Ryan came out to give us a free quote which many other companies were not willing to do. We had several companies come out to give us quotes. I know that other reviews on here say they are not very responsive but I thought they were very responsive especially compared to other companies. They were very thorough in their quote and were able to explain everything very well. Overall we were very happy with the work they did on our house and we are excited to save on all our energy bills.

I had a TON of mold in my attic. These champions at ARC were not fazed by the mold. They hop right up into the attic and take a bunch of pictures and do all sorts of measurements and calculations. Returned to me a quote for the work quickly since i needed to get my new home's mold remedied for the FHA purchase on my home. Working with REAL people is so helpful. Mark, Ryan and Tom got me going with a financed deal.

The whole thing was so simple, i didnt have to do anything really. The two installers talked me through what was going to happen and what to expect. I sat in my office while they were working in the attic. Few hours later and it was all done. Super simple process from front to back. I cant explain the difference between other contractors Ive had come to my house and these guys from ARC. Professionalism from top to bottom.

They show up exactly on time and are easy to work with around my schedule. 100% need to work with ARC if you need any type of mold or insulation. My house is now mold free and now with the insulation, i can actually get my house to 68 in the summer! What a world!

Arc Insulation did a great job insulating my attic. David gave me an inspection and quote on how to improve the insulation in my house, David was very professional and make sure he understood my needs as well as answered my questions and concerns. I had gotten some quotes from other companies and Arc was very competitive. On the day of insulation the crew arrived on time and did a great job with the install, they walked me through the work once the job was completed to show the new levels of insulation. Would recommend and will consider Arc for future projects.

Arc came in and did a great job for us. Noise traveled easily through our walls, and the team offered an affordable solution. The project took less than 8 hours to compete, and Martin and Misael did a great job! We can tell the difference immediately. We will look to use them on our next project!

I called ARC about issues with the windows and insulation on the 2nd floor of my home. They came out with a device and could see there was no insulation in the back wall at all, or in a section of a side wall. They explained adding insulation would not fix my window issue but gave us an idea as to how to deal with it. We decided to move forward with having them add the missing insulation.

We were surprised to see all that was involved to get this done. The team they sent out really worked hard. They covered everything in plastic before beginning the work, patched up all the holes after, and then hauled all the plastic and debris out with them when they were done. We didn't have to do any cleanup. We can already feel a difference upstairs and are hoping to notice a difference in the summer as it would get unbearably hot on the 2nd floor. Definitely recommend ARC and would use them again.

ARC insulation did a great job start to finish. David came over and took time to look in our attic and explain exactly what we needed to help prevent further issues with ice accumulation on our roof during the winter months. He also took the time to explain how increase in insulation, baffle installation and sealing of areas in attic would help with temperature regulation in the attic and therefore improve our energy bills. David was quick to get us the estimate the next day and we felt that the estimate was fair and actually more reasonable than other companies that we had compared.

The work was done about two weeks after the estimate and the team was extremely professional and finished the job in the expected time frame. After the job was finished the guys cleaned up the area so well that you would have never known they were just there working! They took us up to the attic to show us the finished job which looked great. I would highly recommend ARC Insulation and will definitely plan on using them again in the future for other services!

ARC did a fantastic job for me on blown in insulation removal and replacement. Ryan thoroughly quoted the project and took some time to talk through the options. And the team that was onsite took extra care to make sure they were addressing all of the issues to make sure I was satisfied with the job. We had a great experience from beginning to end with Arc Insulation! Ryan Warkentien was detailed and thorough in getting us out quote and explaining the whole process of having the upstairs and attic of our old Chicago bungalow insulated. The team was professional and respectful of our home during the install. They honored our original pricing even though they ended up needing to do a bit more work. We've already noticed a huge difference in upstairs temperature control and look forward to our lower utility bills! Would highly recommend them!

Tom came out to my house for an estimate on my already rehabbed/finished property that was insulated very poorly. He is knowledgeable and professional. He spent a lot of time looking through my house and suggesting small improvements but they were unable to do the major project. Nevertheless he still spent the time to finish the walk through evaluation and educate me about my insulation situation.

They charged me nothing for the careful appraisal he offered me. I wish I could have had them do the job correctly before my walls were sealed up by the prior rehabber. I would absolutely hire them for a future project.

I HIGHLY recommend ARC Insulation. ARC correctly diagnosed the problems were were having with leakage of water through canned lights in a dormered second floor as condensation (this after several failed attempts by us to misdiagnosed fix roof leaks). In addition to fixing this issue, ARC also was able to help us with lack of adequate insulation in this part of our home that caused a mold problem (as a result of poor insulation and condensation in our dormer, we had developed mold as well). ARC took down dry wall, the old insulation, treated the mold, insulated our dormer properly, reinstalled dry wall and painted the new dry wall.

The crew who did the work was on time, friendly and professional. They thoroughly answered questions we had throughout the project. The finish work they did in terms of the drywall, painting and clean up was top notch! I'm so grateful to have found ARC after other contractors misdiagnosed our problem. We now have a beautiful, properly insulated and healthy upstairs space for our 2 children! Thank you ARC!

We developed pealing paint in the ceiling and requested Ryan to come and take a look. He is an excellent representative of your company and possesses great expertise and customer service. We have come to view Ryan as, not only a technical resource, but also a friend. This was a follow up visit to our attic re-insulation project last Fall.

For years I had to spend most of my winters on the second floor of my house because the first floor was so cold it was unbearable. My home was built before 1970 and so it had no insulation in the walls. I had called three companies before ARC and had given up on the idea. Last year I gave it one last shot and called ARC and they gave me a very reasonable price, their sales person was punctual, courteous, and to the point.

The experience was great! I write now because I wanted to see what the difference would be and with all this snow and extreme bitter cold, it is night and day! It was unheard of being able to sit downstairs in the living-room without long socks and boots with a space heater at my feet. I now get to drink my coffee like a normal person. Robert came out February 23, 2021 to give us an estimate on our ice dam/icicles problem. He was prompt, took digital pictures as well as thermographic ones in the attic and felt we had enough insulation. We were pleased that your company has an honest approach to work recommendations.

Ryan came and did a though inspection, going beyond what I thought I needed. He explained my options and was prompt in answering all my questions while I contemplated all my proposals. The team that did the work were prompt and diligent in getting all the items completed in one day. They kept me informed of their work plan. My wife and I moved into a townhouse which was built in the year 2000. One would think that such a relatively new home would be somewhat energy efficient but unfortunately that was not the case. Our master bedroom (located about our attached garage) had ice cold floors and the attic above our main living area was a poorly insulated sieve of air leakage.

I hired ARC to 'weatherize' our home b/c I am a home inspector and I recognized their leadership and status in the local insulation industry. Their crew of 3 came in and diligently sealed every single crack and crevice in our attic, installed airtight covers over the 25 or so can lights in our ceiling and added a foot and a half of lovely fluffy cellulose insulation on the attic floor.

They also pumped the same insulation under high pressure into the drafty space between our master bedroom/bathroom floor and the garage ceiling below. The results were nothing short of amazing. The wintertime temperature of the master suite floor went from 40F to nearly 70F and our furnace runs about half as often as it did prior to their work. I don't hesitate to recommend this company to friends, family, and home inspection clients. We are very very happy with the results!

I recently had my 70 year old home insulated properly! Ryan came to my house to give me an estimate. And was both professional and informative. He was polite caring and respectful of the current quarantine situation and distance requirements! I believe this made my decision easy to hire this firm. Marshall then came to so a safety inspection the next day and have me even more information and really knew his stuff!

He gave me even more information and answered my questions. When the crew came the next day to do the work that here were 3 other men that came to do the main work with Marshall and I'm sorry I didn't get their names but these men worked so hard and efficiently I was amazed. I cannot say enough positive things about the whole experience. Tom is the one who called me initially and I believe he is the main boss.

ARC was very professional when they came out, making the appointment was easy and they have a full team for their projects. They also had a quick turn around time and made it easy on us, from scheduling, taking care of the work, and also their online payments. This was for a house sale and we needed the professional assurance it would be done the right way!

I'm giving them five stars for honesty. Three roofers came out to look at what I thought was a problem due to a leak in the roof. Each said it was an insulation problem. Someone I know in the construction business gave me the name of Arc Insulation, telling me they were the best at problem solving and did excellent work. An insulation expert came out, climbed into my attic, took a photo of the leak as well as made an explanatory video and showed me that it was a roofing problem and said our insulation was fine!

The builder I know gave me the name of a roofer who came and looked at the photo and our roof and saw the problem area immediately. Thank you Arc Insulation for your honesty.
