I spoke to Ken today. Nicest man ever! I was given his number thru a friend. I was getting an air conditioner from another company, my neighbors company, but my friend said I should call ken anyway. Ken went thru my whole estimate with me from the company to make sure I was getting a good unit and price. I mean who does that? He said I got a good price and unit.

I am still stunned that he gave me his time and didn't expect anything in return. He was simply helping me out, a person he doesn't know. He will be my first call next time! I love kind people!

We just had a new heater, new air conditioner and new duct work done, and Ken, Greg and Ricky were so wonderful to work with. We really liked the fact that everything was done with precision and we liked that it did not feel like a rushed install. All questions were answered and everyone was very helpful. Greg and Ricky from Dependable Graham helped me installed HVAC. Both gentlemen arrived on time. Their installation is very professional as far as I understand. For example, even though it was raining on the day of installation, that doesn't delay the project progress. They also brings carpet cover to our home to tidy up their work space. Upon completion of their installation, they also perform a thorough check of the system to make sure it works properly.

Through the contractual process, I also work closely with Ken. Ken provided all guidance through this process and helped me satisfy requirements from the HOA. For example, he was able to provide relevant technical documents for the HOA review. Moreover, I enjoy the frank discussion with him on the technical details on the HVAC. He always gives straightforward explanations for questions.

This might be the most honest company ever. Came out to inspect for a job I wanted done, told me I didn't actually need it and should just switch to a larger filter that can be bought at Home Depot. Also recommended another company that could do duct work and they did a great job too. Very impressed with how they conducted themsleves, and when I *do* need HVAC work in the future, I'll call them first.

Our heater stopped working right as the weather started to get really cold, and during thanksgiving break. I called and even though they were super busy they got someone out in a couple days. He was right on time and found the problem and fixed it right away for a reasonable price. He made sure filter was clean and thoroughly explained what had gone wrong. Our serviceman was Dale B. Very happy with this company, I will call them again for sure

We are extremely pleased with the new Carrier gas furnace and air conditioner purchased and installed in our home in Orange in August, 2015, by Dependable Graham. We were replacing a 30 year old system originally installed by the homebuilder. Sales Engineer, Ken, was very friendly and professional. He assessed the situation, made recommendations and gave us options.

No hard sell. Our installation was promptly scheduled and the installation team of Greg and Erik arrived as scheduled. Both Greg and Erik were friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure the installation was done correctly and kept us informed of each step of the process. They also took the time to make sure the system worked properly and we understood how it operates. The system works great. All were super people and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this company for Air conditioning or heating repairs. The technician that arrived to fix my broken A/c system was on time and very nice. He explained in very simple terms what was wrong with my A/c unit and how much the repairs would be. I was elated at the fact that he did not just try to sell me new equipment, but was actually a skilled tradesmen that could troubleshoot the issue and fix the problem rather than replacing the equipment. Brett came to fix my air conditioning system today, and he was one of the most professional, thorough technicians I've ever encountered. As often happens, by the time he arrived my air conditioning was miraculously working again (for once), but Brett still took the time to meticulously inspect and measure every aspect of the system for potential problems. He found and fixed several issues, and my a/c is now working better than ever. Skilled, honest work at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
