Exceptional service. Came out after hrs and helped locate a faulty sprinkler system as the cause of my leak. Determined another company didn't install a shut off valve. Corrected the issue and did the job the right way at a fair price. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs.

Ben and his team were awesome! They were all so polite and worked really hard. What my husband and I thought might be a two-day job was done in about 6 hours! Ben even did a few things that he came across during the pipe testing that he wasn't expecting and that were not part of the original job without increasing the agreed-upon cost, all with the nicest demeanor.

He sent us photos of what was done and took the time to explain what potential problems could come up, including how the problem might happen, why, and which would fall under the job done today or not. I appreciate him being thorough and making sure that we were on the same page and that we understood everything. He also sent us the invoice and receipt right away before leaving our house. We were very impressed with Ben and his team, they did a quality job with efficiency and conducted themselves so respectfully!

I contacted Fix the Drip Plumbing around lunchtime on a Wednesday about a water leak discovered at my rental property. Immediately, they worked me into their schedule for a same-day service. Within 2 hours they had arrived at the property, assessed the origin of the leak (failing water heater), and provided me with an estimate to repair. The estimate was immediately sent in writing via email for my approval, and they were able to complete the water heater replacement the same day. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely call them again when I need help with a plumbing issue!

My husband and I met Ben as he pulled up in his work van. He asked questions, he listened, and then took time to discuss options and all of his findings. We ended up having a busted pipe in our master bedroom that messed up our wall and carpet. Glad my partner Marcus found Fix the Drip and called their emergency line. Mr. Benjamin came out ASAP and not only did he go above and beyond to fix the issue, he also taught us along the way. He gave us so much valuable information and also informed us on what to look out for just in case something like this happens again.

Called to get help with my septic system. Owner informed me he did not do septic. Yet, he stopped for 30 mins and directed me with a free consultation and a list of plumbers he thought might be able to help me.
