Wyszynski & Webb P.C represented me during my recent sale of my apartment. It was not an easy sale, but they worked hard and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was fine. Beware of this arrogant, condescending, abusive attitude individual. He won't refrain from putting you down repeatedly without any remorse. This guy knows all the bad words and he's willing to call you out. He will do anything for the money even if it isn't legitimate. Stay away from this evil in the human body.

Had to work with Waldemar Wyszynski during a real estate transaction and those were the longest months of our lives. He's just as arrogant as reviews here say, but worse, he's entirely ineffective. His reputation is well known but not for his skills, others in the industry speak of him with open contempt. He's unprofessional, condescending and absolutely cannot be trusted. If you see his name attached to a project, you might want to reconsider moving ahead with it. You're going to lose a lot of time, and perhaps a lot of money.

They have represented me through 3 different real estate related transactions and I could not have been better advised. I typically do not take the time to write these kinds of reviews but this office is well deserving of one. When it came to the entire process from start to finish they were very responsive, professional, easygoing, and very courteous. All documents were always on time as promised. Communication was easy, both via phone calls and emails. The office staff is very helpful. The closing was smooth. Even when we had a small issue with the sellers (post close) they offered to assist and contact them. Never were we thrown off by any surprises. Truly excellent customer service. Truly and honestly I'm recommending "Wyszynski and Associates " service with any real estate help you might need. Last year we bought our first condominium and their team performed an incredible job from the beginning of the end, end even lots after! We went through many different and at times difficult closings issues it was no problem they couldn't help with!
