I am very happy with the staff (office and plumbing) at East Atlantic Plumbing. They always answer my calls right away and get a plumber out to a site asap. Incredibly great customer service! I had a major leak that the guys responded to and resolved immediately. The leak happened because my house was piped with polybutylene. I asked if it was possible for them to repipe the house so this wouldn't happen again. The rerouted and repiped the entire house not leaving any trace or damage of the work. Very clean, professional, skilled, on time and fast. Fran came to check to see if he could assist but Paco and the guys are very good at what they do.

I am very impressed with the quality of work, how well they communicated what needed to be done and how long it would take. I defiantly will use their services again if needed.

East Atlantic Plumbing was so helpful! I called with an issue having water backup into my shower and my toilet backing up! They were able to fit me in the schedule on the same day and came out within a few hours! Will and Jake were my techs they were helpful and explained to me exactly what was going on and what they were going to do to fix it! I will definitely use this company for all my plumbing needs!

I called the office to schedule service and Cortney was very professional and helpful in scheduling a technician to come out. The technicians showed up within the same day and were able to fix the issues I had with my drainage! Would definitely recommend there service's!

Have used this company two Times. Will Johnson and another young man came out to unblock my drain and I have to say that both times Will assured me that he could do it. They eventually had to jet it. This company deserves 100 stars! My kitchen sink consistently backed up. I had three other companies look at the problem and do some work to get it fixed and it would back up again. East Atlantic came and diagnosed the problem within a half hour and and knew exactly what was wrong and knew exactly what to do. I was skeptical about the their solution as I had already spent over 800.00 dollars trying to fix the problem with other companies.

However East Atlantic explained to me the problem and gave me assurance that their solution would work. I feel the work was worth the price. They did a nice clean job, they were at my house for a long time, under the house working hard. Don't waste your time and money with other companies. East Atlantic can get the job done at a reasonable price and within a reasonable time frame.

My expansion tank on my water heater sprung a leak, spraying water everywhere in the garage. I called East Atlantic Plumbing and they walked me through the steps to slow the leak by turning off the water to the heater and the house, cutting off the power to the heater and draining the hot water from the faucets. It was 7PM and they came right out to swap the expansion tank, which took about 5 minutes. They were extremely friendly, quick and professional. Saved their contact on my phone as "Best Plumbers in Town" I definitely will be using them again in the future.

These guys are the best. I have used them several times in the past and the most recent they installed a new vanity for my parent's home. Fran Richard helped me with a plumbing issue on a site where I met him on another job at that site. He and his staff took time to help me resolve my issue totally aside from the job that they were working on. They were fully knowledgeable of what they were doing. They were genuinely interested in just being helpful to me and I appreciate all of them. Fran would not accept any payment for their help. There are still good people left in this world! I would certainly recommend this company to anyone.

Fran and his staff are amazing! I run a restaurant, and we use east atlantic for our plumbing needs. The work they do is very thorough, fast, and, unlike other workers in their field (and many other fields to be honest, ) stays fixed and doesn't just break again a few weeks later, there is no band aid with these guys, they do the work and do it right to the point where it isn't a problem anymore.

When we call Fran, the response time is lightning quick, he's usually out within the hour and hops right on the issue. He also is amazing at communicating what the problem is, what they had to get to fix it, how they fixed it, and any issues that arose during the process, providing pictures of the process the whole time. Couldn't imagine handling this restaurant without the help of Fran and his staff! Truly one of the good ones!

Excellent customer service and integrity! I called in a panic and distraught over an emergency plumbing situation with my toilet (our house is on the market and we had numerous scheduled showings for the afternoon). Fran was incredibly honest and informed me this was a problem I could resolve on my own--he even told me the exact tool I needed and provided names of possible local vendors that would have the item in stock.

He then coached me through the entire process and helped me resolve the situation on my own (free of charge!). He even followed up to see if I had any remaining questions or concerns. There aren't many businesses today that would help an individual for free. He was willing to share his expertise and knowledge which saved me money. Thank you Fran!

Thank goodness for East Atlantic Plumbing. Imagine this. Christmas Eve and with 14 family members visiting, all the toilets stop functioning. No toilets, no showers, no dish washer. Frantic calls Christmas morning to many "so called 24/7 services" turned up nothing, only empty promises, that is, except for Fran Richard at East Atlantic Plumbing. Remarkably he answered the phone.on Christmas morning.!

Within 2 hours he was at our house with heavy duty equipment to unstop the plug. After working for several hours he determined that the blockage was past our property and somewhere under the street. Now what. Fran Richard knew who to call at Cape Fear Public Unitlity Authority and within another hour the maintenance truck from Cape Fear Authority with more heavy equipment was at our door to rectify the situation. By early afternoon all was resolved. Hurray for East Atantic Plumbing Company. I can't say enough for the fast service, expertise and modest cost. George

My water had gone out in the middle of the night, called them at about 7 in the morning. They were very upfront and honest about the fact that they may not be able to fix my problem (It was a well issue) but I still wanted someone to check it out. They got there about three hours later and were able to diagnose and replace the component that was causing my issue. Prompt service, fair pricing. Highly recommended for any plumbing issues you may have.
