Workman's made a quick timely appointment. Arthur had the microwave troubleshot over the phone and ordered the part ahead of time and when he showed up to repair. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great work I highly recommend and will remind the Samsung warranty company to make him first choice for our area. If I ever need any AC work I will call him first too!

The service was prompt and professional. They came out for a brand warranty service repair and while they could not repair the item due to the brand (not the repair person), I felt the serviceman understood our problem and gave us an alternative solution to get our appliance taken care of. Would recommend!

Wow – These Guys are the Real Deal!
Several days ago our refrigerator stopped working, and you know that feeling that you get in your stomach when something goes very wrong, well...we got it. I did some Google research and realized this was over my head (along with checking the cost of a replacement...$2500+ -- yikes!). I called Workman's and spoke with Shannon. She checked the model number and verified they had the most likely suspect in stock (the compressor – gulp). She scheduled an appointment and in a couple of days Arthur came out – just as promised. I was amazed at how quickly he able to make the repair and the depth of his knowledge. And the cost was a small fraction of having to buy a new fridge! I have waited a day before writing this and it is now working just fine.
I am very impressed with the people at Workman Heating, Air and appliance repair. They are highly knowledgeable, professional, and know their business! I highly recommend them!

Arthur is top notch! He has repaired our heater, air conditioning unit, refrigerator, and stove top. You name it and he has fixed it for us. He is always professional, friendly, punctual, responsive, and does excellent work all for a reasonable price. It is so uncommon these days to find someone that runs a business in such an organized manner. He sends appointment reminders, you can track his location as he is headed to your house, and he can send you an electronic copy of your receipt if you wish. We will only use Workman Heating, Air, and Appliance Repair!
