After dealing with a Big Broker in Barrie we were honestly Snakebit Bit Jordon did a wonderful job for us got it done even during the height of the pandemic. My fiance and I had the MOST positive experience working with Donna and Jordon to get a mortgage for our first house, which is a new build townhouse. After receiving poor advice from another broker which resulted in a few months of significant stress, thinking we would need to forfeit our deposit and lose the house we'd been driving past every week to check on, Donna came to the rescue!
The slogan at Donna's office is "Be Educated", and Donna and Jordon truly make sure that their clients are educated. Donna spent time with us to go through our options and to make a plan for us to get the best possible mortgage and Jordon made sure we understood all the aspects of our mortgage agreement and gave us advice as first time home buyers. Donna and Jordon are true professionals but are also personable and caring; Donna's enthusiasm and encouragement through this process and her acknowledgement of the hard work it took to save for our down payment made us feel valued and made us excited again after months of dread. The heart painted on their fence is a great representation of their business! My only regret is not talking to Donna and Jordon first!

Jordon helped my fiance and I buy our first home! She was amazing and stayed late to walk us through everything we needed to know about our mortgage.
