5 STAR SERVICE - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I called The Sewer & Drain Medic to inspect a septic system on a home that my real estate client is in the process of purchasing. From the initial call, I could tell that Anthony was a real pro in his industry. He followed up yesterday to ensure that we (the buyers and myself) were still planning to meet at the home this morning and to remind them to bring their payment card for processing on site.

He instructed us to arrive 30 minutes after he did so that he could get the initial inspection out of the way prior to our arrival. With time being so valuable these days, I really appreciated this, as we wouldn't have to waste time watching him dig and inspect. This will be the first home that my buyers will live in that has a septic system, so they had some concerns and questions.

He took time to answer their questions and was very informative with best practices for septic systems, which will help them to better take care of their system and to mitigate future potential problems. Anthony was very personable and he will be my go-to recommendation when my real estate clients need septic inspections, maintenance, etc. I highly recommend Anthony with The Sewer and Drain Medic.

This review is long overdue! This company was AMAZING and helped figure out what was going on with our septic. The gentleman then pulled a HUGE ROOT BALL and all the guts all with a smile on his face! Such good natured people who will work with you AND SHOW UP! Anthony at The Sewer and Drain Medic provided exceptional service for my septic issues. The price quoted to pump the tank was very reasonable and what I paid at the time of service. He took the time to help me troubleshoot my issues and explain things in great detail without over charging. He genuinely seemed to have my best interest in mind. For any future issues I have, or tank pumping, he'll be the first person I call, no question.

We had a septic backup a week ago, and had another company pump out out tank. One week later I was getting worried because there was standing water in the clean out line. Anthony asked me to send some pictures and explained what the issue was without charging me anything. Luckily we don't have an issue and thanks to Anthony I am not worried about the system. I will be using the sewer & drain medic for all my septic services. It's hard to find honest people like this these days.

I don't typically write reviews, but I felt obligated to write a review for this business because of more than one positive experience with them. I've now "worked with" both Anthony and John. They're hard working, they understand their craft, and they're honest. They're also professional, on time, and fair with their pricing. Obviously, pricing is a scary thing when dealing with a septic system, but they properly anticipated the repair prior to performing it so what was quoted to me was what I paid.

Anthony was great! He answered the phone on a weekend when no one else did. He gave great information about what to expect, what to do until he was able to come out and look at our septic, what the expected cost would be, etc. He was very polite and knowledgeable when he came to my home. Everything went well and my septic tank is in great condition. I would absolutely use this service again and tell others to use them as well.

The guys at drain medic were amazing! They restored my septic tank for me for a very reasonable price, doing This they saved me thousands by not having to completely replace the whole system. They guaranteed the service for the next 3 years no problems. I had one problem with it on a Thursday afternoon going into a holiday weekend, they came out at no charge and fixed the problem that Saturday morning! So assuring knowing if we have a problem it will be fixed ASAP. I would recommend them to everyone having septic issues.

During a basic tank pumping Anthony found that I had a two compartment tank. The lid to the front tank had been cemented shut-and never, ever serviced. He finally chiseled it open and was able to pump it-after fishing out about 30lbs of baby wipes and dental floss by hand. Any extra charges for all his hard work? Nope! A solid five stars!

Went very smooth! I had recently bought this property and wanted to be certain where all septic components were before I started laying out a new circular drive. I called one day and Anthony gave me a verbal quote and we agreed to meet the following morning at 8:30. He arrived on time and located all the components very quickly with my 1999 septic permit printout and his probe tool.

He then dug up and uncovered all 3 concrete lids. He pumped, cleaned the effluent filter and then located and verified that drain field was gravel instead of the cheaper Styrofoam. He also explained that my tank was "traffic rated" which was good news. He also suggested that I might want to removed one Bradford pear near my drain field. I will call them again for any septic needs and could have saved myself some money had I used them pre-purchase for the septic inspection instead of another realtor recommended provider. I had him to leave the lids free of dirt so I could "mark" with some scrap bricks flush to ground to permanently locate. 100% positive experience and fair price.

We have a venting issue with our septic we are aware of and are getting fixed but I also had a concern about another potential issue with the Septic so called and they picked up the phone. I spoke with a very knowledgeable gentlemen for at least 15 minutes described my concern, he asked some other questions to get an understanding of the issue and he stated he really did not think we have an issue and once the venting issue is resolved we should be all set, but if not to give him a call back and he would be happy to come out. He did not have to take the time to explain and listen to my concerns but did. I don't need it pumped right now, but when I do I will having them pump my system.

Sewer & Drain Medic is Great! They came out diagnosed my problem in no time flat and shed light on how a septic system works. The equipment used was in great condition clean and well cared for. If your septic system is having trouble these guys are the ones to call.

Was very forthcoming with potential problems and costs to repair them. I did not buy the property so the work was never done.

We had water flooding the garage from the sink there backing up when the washing machine was emptying. Zak Killmon came right away even though it was a Saturday and he stayed until the problem was resolved. He was courteous and professional at all times. The fee was very reasonble considering the time and effort it took to resolve the problem.

We were told by others that the entire yard would need dug up and the tank replaced. Only the tank area of the yard had to be opened up to clear out the roots, the rest of the yard was left alone except for some small areas where they inserted the machine to clear the distribution lines. It was an amazing process - it took from 8am until about 2 pm and it saved us nearly $4000!

Definitely call John before you let anyone else tell you the entire system needs replaced. He knows what he's talking about - he used to build and maintain entire municipal waste water systems. He and his guys are friendly, thorough and really proud of the good work they do. I will recommend them to my fellow landlords and real estate investors. We take our referrals very seriously and I will have no hesitation to recommend these guys to my colleagues.
