Sonny scheduled our recent emergency, all toilets and drains were backing up into the house. Jacob came out that day, took care of the situation, explained why it happened and what we can do to ensure it will never happen again. I was out if town so my wife and family were living with this Averett saved the day and Jacob was a hard and diligent worker. Averett is the best.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company and have already told my friends and family who to call if they need septic service. In the past I have had some not so pleasant and unprofessional experiences with other septic companies but from now on I know who to call. I was in a tight spot with a full septic tank on a weekend. Everyone else could only "maybe" squeeze me in on tuesday, but Averett had my back. Sent their driver Johnnie and his partner (whose name I didnt catch) out on a sunday morning for a fast, friendly, and professional pump out. Everythings back to normal now. Jerome came out to our house right away for an estimate for a new drain field we needed. He was informative and knew his stuff right from the start! Our team that was sent out for installation was Aaron and Lenard, they were right on time and super pleasant to work with! They had everything set in place and up and running with no time! Very quick service (same day I called!) and they showed us how to clean the filter ourselves to save us some money. And they didn't dig up the whole yard trying to find the tank like I've seen with other companies for my neighbors. The service guy was very polite and thorough in checking to make sure the pipes were all fully unclogged before he left. They were also way more affordable than most other places I called. Definitely recommend them!

I was distraught with a septic backup that just so happened on the 4th of July. I called several places. Most with no answer, And one that actually told me to call Averett septic. That's good when the competition recommends you anyway they were at my home in less than two hours. They fixed my issues, Explained what some of our issues were. They also educated us on things that we could do differently to help us in the future. Thank you so much for your customer service. Giving up your holiday to fix my septic!
