We had a leak in our bathroom that made it way on the ceiling of our garage. Fortunately, Roberto from Restorative Pros found the problem early! This company has been a pleasure to work with, they were professional, caring and honest. Roberto was our technician. He was here from day 1. He is genuinely caring, honest and attentive! Kaitlyn was prompt with keeping us informed.

Mark was kind with a great sense of humor. The entire team at Restorative Pros has been amazing and they help make this process stress free. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a company that truly care about customers.

I would highly recommend using Restorative Pros. This team quickly responded to my water leak, to mitigate damages. Everyone on the team was super friendly and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and helped ensure everything was documented for my insurance claim. What a wonderful business and the service they provided was beyond exceptional. Ashley ran the communication end of things and she was incredible making sure everything ran smoothly. Due to a devastating pipe leak, restorative pros came out to fix my situation. Roberto and Mark and the dispatcher, Ashley, were all amazing. Communication was superb! This is in response to an emergency we had during the holidays in which a spontaneous water leak caused a big change of plans since our kids were home from the Military. We were waterlogged in the attempts to try and vacuum the water up to no avail. I awakened and call our home warranty company after we found the source of the leak since the water we were standing in were hot.

After discovery we turned off the hot water tank. by then water had damaged three rooms. Robert Martinez came in and were so professional, knowledgeable, skillful and friendly. Mildew and mold was already forming and carpet were beginning to smell. They quickly after testing brought in blowers to place in the three rooms. I was sooooo sick from allergies I thought I would have to move out when we discovered thick mold in a seldom used closet. We got 3 bids and were most impressed with Restorative Pros and they were able to begin work immediately. After the first day's treatment I had huge relief. Adam Shenata was quick to our aid, professional, very careful with our belongings, friendly and totally thorough.

The drywall was removed, the area was thoroughly cleaned and sealed then fogged and I am 100% feeling better. They even covered the carpeted area with paper so as not to walk on our carpet with work boots. Couldn't be more pleased with their kind, professional immediate service!

Restorative Pros Inc dried up the water in our home after Hurricane Irma. They were timely, responsive, professional, friendly, easy to deal with and got the job done. I hope I never need their services again, but I will call them if I do.

After only owning our house for a year and a half, we found our house was loaded with mold. We were devastated. Joel and his team assured us they would be able to get rid of it. They were very professional, knowledgeable and caring. They treated us with respect and made us feel like family. After they finished removing the mold, we walked in and couldn't believe the job they did.

It was incredible. They removed everything that needed to be and took pictures of everything that they had to throw away. They even cleaned up the house. That was very impressive.
