Having an older home I knew the cleaning may be a challenge. James and his team did a great job and that same day I was able to notice a change in the smell of my home, can't thank them enough for the hard work they put in to make my home safe/clean! Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

I called on a Wednesday and they scheduled for 2 days after, impressive! They showed up on time, were very professional and friendly! Informed me of why I wasn't getting a lot of air flow in the master bedroom and how to fix it. Got the job done under 2 hours, cleaned up and congratulated us again on our purchase of the home. Then showed us before and after photos. I will recommend them to anyone!

James and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with, and my home is NOT easily accessible for cleaning ducts. I have a crawlspace, not a basement, and my furnace has a 2 clearance on 3 sides. To say they were surprised by how difficult the access would be for their equipment is an understatement, but James quickly figured out how to make it work, like the pro that he is! I would HIGHLY recommend Totally Clean to anyone and everyone I know who needs their air ducts cleaned!

I called James the day before inquiring about pricing and availability and he came the next day as we have a child with chronic lung disease and I had some concerns about a previous job done at our house roughly 3 years ago. They came today to clean my air ducts and vents. They arrived on time, text me prior to showing up, and we're very professional. They did an amazing job cleaning all of the air ducts in my property. I do not think the vents have been cleaned since the house was built. They did an amazing job getting all of the dust out and cleaning the vents entirely. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to clean the air vents and ducts in your home.

Arriving on time. The ducts, vents and air returns cleaning work is really good. My only highlight is that they forgot to put back in place a couple of vents. James came in to clean my system. Had received remodeled second floor and kitchen in my house. So the system was pretty bad. He even gave me tips on air flow so I could better heat and cool my home. When he was all done he sealed my system up, showed before and after pictures and left. I was satisfied with the overall experience. Highly recommend using them.

I contacted Totally Clean to clean out dryer vent. The crew arrived right on schedule and was very thorough and knowledgeable. They pointed out some safety concerns Related to the dryer of which I was previously unaware. They did not try to upsell. I will definitely be using them again.

Had totally clean in today, not only did they call and remind me they were coming- I got a curtesy call when they were on the way. Which I find so helpful! We purchased the group on- and were told that for the additional furnace, and cold air returns that were not include were going to cost extra, after the quote and discussion- we decided to go with the whole shebang.

They were in and out in 2 hours give or take, and did a great job! The owner was very personable, and was a strait shooter. I do wish I could have shopped around a little for a lower price, but other than that it was everything we needed and super convenient!

We had some a lot of black dust in the air at our place that was a result of vents that hadn't been cleaned for over ten years. They were able to clean them all very quickly and efficiently. Above all, the guy they sent to clean them, James, was fantastic. He was very courteous if he needed anything moved and always asked if he was going to move something of ours. He communicated well about what he was doing and what the positive effect would be which made me feel much better about the whole experience.

Just had total clean come today and and am amazed at what they did. When I moved into this apartment it had some pretty significant stains, black and brown stains that had been there for years already. Every single stain is completely gone. Also, it's just one person who cleans the carpets so obviously I wouldn't him to move the furniture. At the end of the day the most important thing is clean carpets and that is exactly what I got. Would totally recommend.
