I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful service I received from Better Vet. While I was out of town my senior cat was diagnosed with Stage 3 kidney disease by Oceana Pet in Pacifica. They recommended 48 hours of emergency care, which was far outside my budget. I was hesitant to use Better Vet because I wanted a personal connection to the vet, but some of the mobile vets who were recommended to me had transitioned to working for Better Vet.

I emailed explaining my situation and they emailed back in a timely fashion reassuring me that the vet would bring all the necessary supplies for my cat's condition. When the vet arrived my cat had had a seizure and needed euthanasia, which was my absolute worst case scenario. The vet was incredible! She talked me through what was happening, she was so kind and reassuring, and someone from thousands of miles away I felt good about making this awful decision and trusted my baby was in excellent hands. Many, many thanks to the entire Better Vet team.

I will recommend their services without hesitation--honestly, so many Bay Area vets seem egregiously overbooked and profit driven, and this seems like such an obvious better option.

Dr Santore and Tara Bronlow were excellent with Atlas my eighty pound Rottweiler. Both were calm and professional and thorough in their assessment. Having them both come to our home decreased Atlas' anxiety and led to a better experience for him.

Our vet is awesome. She was on time. Spent time checking my other cat also. Prescribed medications needed which she had with her. It was over all an excellent experience Dr. Coughlin is the best. Will not only refer her but will definitely use her in the future. Believe me you can't go wrong. My cats were very calm. They were not all freaked out which was the best part. The ability to get a house call from a veterinarian is such an incredibly convenient option. They showed up on time, we're very friendly and expertly worked up my pets. My rottie is such a big baby, but blood draw and vaccines were not an issue. I feel that I am not sacrificing continuity of care in the least. I highly recommend BetterVet to anyone and everyone!
