Working with simply clean carpet care was very easy. I reached out and they were very responsive. I let them know what my needs were and they gave me an estimated quote via the phone. They scheduled to meet with me at 2:00 PM the following week which was within my timeline. And they were on time. They came in and they sprayed the apartment carpet to ensure that any cat pee had been lifted off of the carpet and then they proceeded to oscillating the carpet and cleaning it. I would definitely work with them again.

We were selling our selling our house, and needed our carpets cleaned for showings. At first we had Stanley steamers come in. After they had left you could not tell a difference in the carpet at all. So we decided to try out simply clean. When they were finished with our carpets they looked brand new! They also did an excellent job on our tile. The pricing was more then fair and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional floor cleaning!

Prompt and efficient. After thinking our white-gray carpets would never look new again after pet stains from a puppy and kitten, they look and feel FANTASTIC again. Big difference from those other guys that come in with a long hose to water-log your floors breaking down fibers and aging your carpets. He did it the way I would have, nice and gentle. Ted and his crew have handled my properties around UK campus for two years now and have done a fantastic job. It's not easy cleaning 75 apartments spread across multiple campus locations in a mere 48 hours with dynamic student departure & arrival schedules, but Simply Clean Carpet Care (SCCC) makes it look easy. I had almost given up on my textured berber carpet. I'd had it cleaned before and it was wet for days and the pathways never looked clean. After simply clean came it all looks clean and the dirty pathway is still clean and it dried in about an hour and a half. This was by far the best cleaning job anyone has done on our carpets, and I've used several companies in the past. I purchased a deal on Angie's List because of the many excellent reviews the company has received. Also, there was zero chemical odor from having the carpets deodorized and protected, not what I've been used to from other companies' chemicals. This is the first "green" carpet cleaning company we've used and it really made a difference.

Ted has not only been to our home.but has also been to several of our rental properties. Even when one was completely trashed he was willing to try and save some areas. We didn't make him do that!. I had Simply Clean to my home today and what a difference a few minutes can make when you hire the right company! My carpets and area rug look brand new and it was done quickly, efficiently, and with no chemical smell. Ted and Shirley Borecki own Simply Clean Carpet Care and they are just the greatest people to work with. Ted is so conscientious when he cleans anything but his specialty is carpeting. I have had him tackle some horrible stains in my upstairs carpets and he never fails to make them look like new. Shirley takes care of the office, scheduling and billing and she is so pleasant and really funny when she calls or takes a call.
