Good, but expensive company. Used them for the first time today, and were pretty satisfied. April personally scheduled and gave the estimate. She was very professional and courteous. As seems standard, the initial cleaning is about 50% higher than a recurring twice a month arrangement. They asked for $5 extra to make each bed, which seems a bit nickle-and-dime.
Work performed was good -- very good in kitchen, family room, and bathrooms. Mirrors and glass were spotless. Might use again if we can't find a conscientious independent cleaner (at half the cost). Their system of two worker bees 1 on site manger seems to work pretty well. There were no surprises on price or schedule, which was appreciated.
