At the get-go, the salesman, Jay, was very knowledgeable and efficient in getting our needs and solutions down. He was able to give us a solid quote right then and there. Our order was special because our windows had to have tempered glass, but it wasn't long till they were here and ready to install. The installers arrived on time, were clean and courteous and set right to work.
They accomplished the job in one day, cleaned up very well and left us with shiny bright windows. Afterward we had fun opening and closing the windows with one hand (Something we couldn't ever consider with the old windows). Although the installers left them squeaky clean, we practiced cleaning all from the inside. We can already tell we will save on cooling and heating as the temperature in all rooms is more even. We love our new windows. Thanks!

Quote process was very informative, and no pressure. Windows came in right on time and installed early, on my schedule. Duo that did the installation was professional, knowledgeable, and on time. Windows made a huge difference, love them. Worth having them professionally installed over doing it myself. Will look to them for my next project-garden windows!
