I have used PureLine Plumbing for my last four jobs and their Service Pros are excellent. Most recently, Dwayne S. came on an emergency call to repair a leaking pipe in the crawl space which was potentially effecting my foundation. He explained their approach to the repair and made sure the job was done properly. He was very personable and professional and helped solve another issue while he was at my house. I was very fortunate to have him assigned to my job.

This was a complicated clog, one that had been a chronic issue. Rob M, along with Marc worked diligently to diagnose the issue. He was relentless in his ability to not only fix the issue but he analyzed the entire system. The camera equipment really put my mind at ease. I have had two other plumbers here in the past. Rob & Marc are the BEST!

I cannot thank the team -- and Dwayne -- enough for the work they did at my new home. When I moved in on Saturday and and discovered a leak Sunday night, I called Pureline. Dwayne came in, identified the source as the shower drain and had it repaired quickly. Plus, he checked my original toilets and saw that they were leaky and inefficient, driving up the water bill. We replaced the toilets - no more worries about the tanks running all day. Dwayne was prompt, courteous and is good at what he does -- I found my go-to plumbing team.

Very professional. Dwayne and Rob did such a great job. Took pictures before doing work under my house so they could explain any problems that needed to be taken care of. Also took pics. after work was completed. I will definitely use Pure-Line again, and recommend them for any plumbing issue. Dwayne and rob were the technicians that came to my house, they were both very polite and very professional. Dwayne is very knowledgeable about his profession and was able to explain to me the situation so I could easily understand, rob is a hard worker and also knowledgeable in his field. Kenny was great. Installed a water softener system I purchased where there hadn't been one for a much more reasonable price than any other quote. He was even able to cap off pipes so they didn't go to my outside bibs without cutting through the drywall. Very professional and excellent work! I would highly recommend and hire again.

When I was changing my well water filter, I found a pex valve that was leaking and badly rusted -- basically, about to bust completely. I called Pure-Line, and they had someone out to my house the next day. The service pros were really nice, they worked around my schedule, and they charged me a reasonable price. The whole experience was great, and I will definitely be calling them the next time I need a plumber. Thank you so much!

Jonathan Whitfield saved me $1200. After another company did a great job clearing and cleaning up backup sewage in our master bath and bedroom, the they recommended spending $1200 to install a clean-out in the front yard. We talked to Lisa at Pure-Line and she sent Johnathan to do an assessment. He identified two existing clean-outs in our crawl space that would have done the job and recommended not installing a 3rd.
