Very well. Marianne was right on time and did a careful, thorough job. We had one lock that was sticking because of problems with the door frame, and she took extra time with it. She obviously takes pride in the quality of her work. We have four in-your-face "helpful" dogs, and she was wonderful relating with them, which meant a lot to us.

What a great experience. I needed my replacement key fob programmed. Acura quoted me a price of $165 with an hour to do the programming. Odom did it in 15 minutes at a cost of $63. They are now my list of great service providers.

Top notch service. The locksmith was here within an hour and was the nicest guy I've met in a long time. He was professional, knowledgable, and efficient and he solved my issue right away. He explained what had gone wrong and made good suggestions as to how to prevent it in the future.

The lock on my front door broke leaving me unable to secure my house. I'd also been putting off installing a dead bolt as well. I didn't know which company to call, so I tried a list of several locksmiths I found on the internet, but no one was willing to come the same day. Gene at Odom took my call first thing the next morning and promised and delivered getting one of his techs to my house that afternoon so I wouldn't be left again with an unlocked door overnight.

The techs were very professional in their installation and completely cleaned up the wood shavings and associated mess with having to drill and cut into my door. And the price ended up being a few dollars less than the estimate quoted on the phone when I first called. I will definitely be using A.L. Odom for all my lock and security needs in the future. Super professionalism and great people! They came super fast to unlock my car and helped me despite not having money at the time. The business is run by very kind and considerate people.

The manager at A.L. Odom managed to squeeze me in on the same day I phoned so I didn't have to leave my house unsecured with a broken lock for another night. The techs very courteously phoned to say they were on the way. They worked very efficiently and did a great job on the install as well as cleaning up the mess from the wood door cutting and drilling.

They also didn't try to sell me more than I needed. The final cost even came in a few dollars under the estimate. Very professional and courteous company. I will use them again!

Morgan was extremely helpful. I brought in a Kawasaki ignition switch to have it re-keyed and the job was done quickly and I walked out of there for about $25 including tax and 2 keys. Highly recommend them!
