I have used A/ C Pros before, they are very reliable and honest people. I called Sunday evening and they called me back very soon and set up an appointment next day. My ac is up running. Customer service is very friendly. I will have them maintenance my ac in the future too and if I need any other repairs. I have a 12 years old unit so things will go wrong in some point again. I would recommend them! Thank you!

A/C Pros is awesome. I had an issue with my air conditioner on Saturday night. I used their chat feature and heard back from them in a few minutes, and was on the phone setting up an appointment shortly after. They came out on Sunday, even came early so I could make it to church later in the morning, and repaired the issue. I have always had great service from this company!

Billy is always just a call from any help needed! We first used him to service our system after the lines got clogged. He came out the same night we called and got us up and running for minimal amount! He did tell us at that time he wasn't sure how long it would be before we would need to replace unit. Very upfront and tries to get the cost as low as he can without compromising quality and service.
He just came to give us a bid on the new unit we need and was very thorough in letting us know exactly what would need to be done to get our house cool! Thank you Billy for great customer service!

Talk about going above and beyond! This company clearly has great leadership / office support. When Adam arrived he took care of everything and explained thoroughly for me to understand (I don't know HVAC lingo). A part had to be ordered to repair my unit and the staff at AC pros made it their destiny to come back later with part in hand to make sure the job was finished so I can have AC before night fall. Marcia in the office was also professional and gave me updates on the techs location and part along the way even after business hours.

First of all when I called the office on a Friday afternoon I was told that they would call back after they found a technician. Marsha was very pleasant and found someone who was able to come today. Adam was here within the time frame I was told. He explained everything showed me things and what to watch for. He didn't try and sell me a new unit just wanted to fix it. Very reasonable price also.

This company is in the middle of installing my new ac as I type. Financing was a breeze. All their guys are really great people. Totally recommend! Billy and Adam are both great guys who care about you and your comfort upfront about everything. Both Billy and Adam are my new favorite people. Billy took the time to explain everything in terms I could understand. Answered a million questions without hesitation. I never felt like he was not interested in my concerns. The job was thorough, the men were considerate and polite, they cleaned up very well and every part of the process was discussed in a manner easily understood. Replaced items were shown to me as were before and after pictures. Proper Maintenance was discussed and possible problems I might have with my old system so I can prepare for anything that might go wrong with it before considering a replacement. I will definitely use A/C Pros for replacing the unit and checking my duct work this fall.

The technician Adam Was very knowledgeable of the AC unit And took the time to explain the procedure he would take to get the problem resolved. Once completed stayed of a while make sure everything was working properly. Something wasn't right So he stayed till everything was working properly before he left. Job well done.
