ALL OC Kitchen Bath Remodleing

We cannot say how pleased we are with OC Kitchen & Bath & Design. We were looking to remodel our kitchen, it was the old 80's style. We had interviewed and had estimates from several vendors. We knew right away we made the right choice with OC Kitchen & Bath & Design. The responsiveness, timing and quality of work are in unparalleled. Our remodel was scheduled for four weeks we have a completely functional kitchen in only two weeks time.

We have the highest praise for Katrin & Iraj Horzad, Jim and all the crew. The attention to detail is remarkable. They are beyond punctual and communication has been truly easy. They beat the competition hands down in price and quality. They do treat you as though you are the most important customer they have. We can without reservation give them 10 stars. Thank you Katrin & Iraj Horzad We feel like we have a completely new home.

We undertook a significant kitchen and bathroom remodel while out of town. Fortunately, ALL OC Kitchen & Bath & Design made it easy. They provided a great design, quality products and, most critically, the coordination needed to get the project done on time with no glitches. They went out of their way to meet our needs and schedule. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

All OC Kitchen and bath worked quickly, and the results turned out beautifully. We weren't able to be at the property during the second half of the renovation due to a family emergency, but they were always there, working diligently, and kept us updated every step of the way. They were flexible and accommodating.

All OC was, and continues to be the best contractor I've ever worked with. They were responsive, completely transparent, and the quality of work was amazing. We had a bit of a unique situation and needed help fast. After interviewing several companies, none offered the level of service that All OC did. I was skeptical at first but they delivered! Staring from the very first consultation with Carrie, who assessed our situation and developed a realistic and actionable plan, we were treated courteously.

It was clear that they wanted to earn our business and really valued relationships with their clients. Understanding that timing was critical and we need the work done quickly, the owner went in person, the day after signing our contract, to apply for permits so we could start construction by the end of the week. The rest of the project moved forward efficiently without sacrificing any quality.

I can really tell that Eric and his crew take pride in their work. He came back several times to address questions and small details that needed attention and found several ways to improve upon our original vision. Throughout the project, I was proactively contacted frequently with status updates and requests for my feedback. I never get out of the loop or not in control of the project. All OC Kitchen and Bath was a pleasure to work with, from initial bid and planning, renovation to finished product, the entire team was excellent. We used there services for two bathroom renovations and one added bathroom in our house. Overall they were very timely and communicative throughout the process and were able to special order upgrade requests as they have accounts with most major brands even if not in there showroom. We are very happy with our decision and highly recommend the team and services.

We had 2 1/2 bathrooms remodeled in 2020. Overall experience was excellent. Great workmanship, responsiveness, professionalism. We are pleased with the results.

All OC Kitchen & Bath & Design gets our highest recommendation! We recently purchased an older home and wanted to knock-out a couple walls and put in a kitchen island to create a modern open-concept kitchen. I walked into the All OC office (without an appointment) and was immediately helped by Jim. He and Katrin walked me through the design and remodel process.

We ultimately determined we would need to remove a load bearing wall and install a ceiling beam. They took care of everything from start to finish (city permits, engineering plans, electrical inspections, etc.). During the design process, we decided to replace our backsplash and counter tops, add additional lighting, and expand the existing cabinetry. Jim and Katrin were extremely helpful in finding cost effective solutions to making our dreams come true.

Their construction crew was top notch and customized the kitchen's design features to our every wish. Our kitchen remodel turned-out beyond what we could have ever imagined. Their team hit it out of the park! They took a dated and inefficient kitchen (with only two drawers and dreary lighting) and made it into the centerpiece of our home. Now EVERYONE who visits our home is blown away by our kitchen.

We are repeatedly asked by our friends looking to remodel, which company we used. When it comes time to remodel our two bathrooms, we will happily choose All OC Kitchen & Bath & Design.

We had two bathrooms completed during the very challenging period of the lates virus surge. The workers were careful, kind, and created two masterpieces. We're very pleased with the finished product, as it's truly a huge upgrade.

Eric, Katrin and team did a fantastic job remodeling our bathrooms as well as providing great design ideas! I managed to work from home during the remodel with very little disturbance- I thought I'd have to use a remote office. They even did a couple extra small projects on the fly at a reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend!

We hired Eric to do a total remodel of our master bathroom. The job required the removal of all existing appliances along with the removal of our slate walls and shower enclosure.

From the moment we met with Eric, walked the project and negotiated the bid, it became so clear that Eric was a contractor apart from all others. Eric is professional, his contract is clear, he is to the point, extremely honest and reliable.

Our new bathroom is extraordinary. It came out even nicer than we had anticipated.

There is one more comment I would like to add. This comment is in regard to Eric as a human being. After we started our bathroom, we learned we had an ice maker leak in our kitchen. As it turns out, this leak created mold throughout most of our kitchen. We tore out our kitchen...and then our son had a horrible surfing accident. We didn't know if he would live, but learned he would be able to come home after a week at Mission Hospital. We called Eric and asked if he could build us a temporary kitchen. Eric showed up early the next morning,and then we went back for another long day at the hospital. When we arrive home late that night, Eric and team had put up rails for our son to hold onto as he convalesced, evened out the kitchen floor so our son wouldn't lose his balance, and installed a temporary sink, countertop dishwasher and temp island. And to top it off, Eric wouldn't even let us pay him for that day. He told me that he is a Dad, and his heart went out for us.

Not only is Eric a great contractor with whom to work, he is truly an amazing individual with such a warm heart. A very capable and special person indeed.

All OC did a great job on 3 bathroom remodels for me. From quoting to material selection, to scheduling and getting the work done, everything was courteous, reliable, and professional. They worked with my budget and communicated every step of the way, I'm very happy with the end result. The crew was awesome, cleaned up well, and very courteous to my neighbors during demolition and cutting tiles.

In fact, my neighbor was so impressed that she just hired them to redo her kitchen! The only delays that occurred were due to city inspection rescheduling, which is out of All OC's control, but Katrin kept me well informed of the progress, and the whole project finished on time.

We are very happy with our new kitchen, dining room, and living room remodel. MSS Construction was very professional in every aspect of the remodel project. Eric is very knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with. He went the extra mile to address all of our concerns. We are very happy with the quality of work and we certainly will use MSS Construction for all future projects.
