Very helpful! We live in Wilkes but needed a part that our local place was out of and we called S&H and without ever doing business with them, they made sure they had the part before I traveled to the store. The helpful person on the phone not only verified the part number she also had a laying on the counter for me when I got there. They gained a new customer today.
