Dalorem came and saved us from the 110 degree heat. Ben showed up this morning and got us up in running in no time. We are so thankful for the kindness and efficiency that was provided to us. For reference for anyone looking at this review months from now, this was during a brutal summer. Called because AC wasnt working. They were able to come out same day within a couple of hours. Issue was fixed quickly, and inexpensively. The type of repairs I have had in the past from other companies in town cost around 50-100% more, and they usually couldn't get there same day.
The only nitpick I have about my experience is they don't have a way to quickly pay with card (the serviceman had to call the company to put in the information, which took some time due to busy lines). Completely a nitpick though, didnt detract from the fact they were able to quickly come out and repair the AC. I will be going with them in the future for all HVAC problems.

I've been using this company for four years now! I was upset that my home warranty told me that they wouldn't allow me to use this company any longer. So I had to use who the warranty company will cover. The new company comes out and of course doesn't know what they are doing! Mean less to say I called Dan and the guys were here to fix the problem! I'll pay out of pocket and use this company before I use anyone else!

Our A/C went out and our outside unit had to be replaced. I called our home warranty people and they sent Dalorem and I am so thankful that they did! Justin came out diagnosed and explained the process. Once the part came in, Justin installed the new unit and had things back to normal for us. We are so grateful because we both are working from home now due to COVD and it is SUMMER! Justin serviced our unit about 4 years ago and he was able to take care of the problem in a quick friendly and professional manner. I would recommend anytime!

We had to have our condenser motor replaced last year. The owner, Dan, came by on a Sunday on his way to dinner to help me replace it, and he only charged for the parts! Today, our unit was acting up, and Justin, a technician, promptly showed up and found a shorted wire, which he quickly fixed! This company is absolutely great. They offer senior and veteran discounts, highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dalorem. Our heat went out and the next day Dan came to see what the issue was. It turned out we needed a new heating unit. Today was the install and Jairo worked so hard getting it installed. We have heat now. This has been the best experience. Going forward, Dalorem will be the only Heat and AC company I will use. Give them a chance. They will not disappoint.
