Dustin did a great job cleaning my house. Had a lot of mildew on the front side and dirt embedded into my siding. Looks so much better now. Happy with the entire experience, Dustin is a very nice professional young man.

I could not believe the difference in my house after Summit Wash Pros power washed it. It looked like a different house! Dustin was very professional. I was glad to know they had an eco friendly wash they used and it's a local Lee's Summit, MO company. Dustin was quick yet thorough and even sent before and after pictures! He was so nice and helpful in explaining all he would be doing. All of the dirt, black mold, spider webs, and even a dead bat were removed and the house looks wonderful. I will use them again for sure!

Dustin at Summit Wash Pros did an amazing job cleaning our roof, house, and concrete patio. There were stains and growth on our tile roof that were so bad I thought we would have to replace the roof, but after they were washed it looked brand new. Same for our house we were considering painting but after it was washed it looked as if it had just been painted.

So happy that Dustin came and cleaned our driveway! We had a black mold problem on parts of it and I had tried to clean it myself, which didn't work. He responded quickly to the google form I filled out and showed up the next day. He did it in a fraction of the time it had taken me to do it poorly. I thought the price was reasonable, but it's hard for me to say if it's competitive because I've never used a service like this before.

DJ did an awesome job! My house looks new! I couldn't figure out how to get the mold off or reach up to the 2nd story and he was in and out in 1.5hrs! His price is very reasonable and fine for the work he did! I would definitely recommend him!
