This is the best emergency plumber in America. My 70 year old parents tried calling a dozen plumbing company competitors, and no one would come on Christmas Day. Rainbow showed up in less than 60 minutes on Christmas Day, stop a 100 gall/hour flood in my parent's house, and not only saved their home, Rainbow saved Christmas! Thank you for being so reliable and delivering.

Happy to have found a knowledgeable, professional plumber who takes great pride in his work, and in ensuring that customers are satisfied. Larry washington came highly recommended by a retired electrician neighbor. He said larry is the only plumber he would use. We used him for a complicated leak and he figured it out. So when we had a sewage backup that was deep in the system we knew who to call. He didnt dissapoint. He work really hard and had to remove the toilet, clean the line & clear the tub. No job seems too big or tricky for him. We highly recommend him.

Another great experience with Rainbow Plumbing and Heating! This morning, we discovered a cracked pipe. My mom called Larry and he came out right away. He repaired the frozen water pipes and we are relieved that this was done before a burst! It's great to have an excellent plumber to call when there's an emergency and even when it's not an emergency. The outcome is always awesome service.

I received excellent service from Rainbow Plumbing on 4 different ocassions. Larry has done plumbing work as well as installed new hot water heater. He is knowledgeable and gets the job done right. I am a repeat customer and will always call on Rainbow Plumbing. I definitely recommend this company who always gives 100% customer service!

I am a big fan of the work done by this company and Larry, the owner, is very diligent about his work. He is not afraid of answering questions and will give as much time as is necessary. He responded very quickly last year when our water heater cracked on the very morning we were to go on vacation. While he wasn't able to come out to see it and frankly we didn't have the time to wait he was able to give tips on what to do to "fix" the issue until we were back.
I will say that I was taken aback by his quote at first until I realized that he wasn't out of range and in fact we heard worse quotes. Fast forward, he saved our butts again on a renovation that didn't go as planned and didn't pass inspection. So we called in Larry and after investigations, he knew exactly what was lacking and what needed to be done.
When it was done, I felt confident that it had been done correctly. I would have like to give given 4.5 stars, but it appears that is not an option. My only issue is that I like to make my appointments by phone and you need to make it online. I only check my emails once daily and so I can easily miss an email telling me about availability to assess the issue or do the work. This is what happened last time and it delayed the scheduling of the work. I am sure this issue wouldn't bother many other people.
