I liked that it was not a large chain and they didn't charge much for the work. They told me the chemical they sprayed would only last for 6 months, so I will definitely call them back after that.

It's never a good thing when you hear "critter noises" coming from your kitchen. I called Carnegie Exterminators and they arranged to have Mike come out to our home to help us. On our walk down the driveway, Mike immediately identified what and how they got inside. It took about 30 seconds! He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with lots of questions and so we instituted a plan.

All quickly and confidently. He didn't try to upsell us which was also so refreshing. I'm grateful that Mike and the team at Carnegie Exterminators are working with us to manage this problem. A great choice!

I have been using Carnegie Exterminators since I moved into my house earlier this year. They are excellent. Any time I call for service they are at my house within a day or two. My kids were out playing in the yard and we noticed a large active wasp nest on the deck. Also bee's coming out of the ground on the opposite side of the house. Contacted several businesses that would not come out until following week. They came out in 20min took care of all the bees very respectful and nice to work with. Just bought a house (as-is and waived inspection), pulled up the carpets, and saw small signs of termite damage. Not knowing anything about this, I first called Terminix. Terminix wanted to put me on a lifetime annuity plan of $100 a month to set termite bait traps. I then called Carnegie Exterminators for a second opinion. They came out and identified drill marks on side of house indicating that the house had, in fact, previously been treated for termites (this would have been obvious to anyone trained in the industry -- note: the Terminix people did not mention this to me).

They then said that treatment was not necessary because there were no active infestations (whatever the last owner did had resolved the problem). To make a long story short, not knowing any better, I would have gladly gave them a large amount of money to treat the house. However, due to their honesty, at the end of the day I only paid a one-time, small service fee and saved a lot of money. The outcome would have been much horrible and more expensive had I used Terminix.

During my 30 years in real estate sales Carnegie Exterminators was always one of my go to pest control companies in the area!

Not only did a real person answer the phone, they were at my house within 30 minutes to inspect what turned out to be a termite problem. They did not have the materials to address the problem immediately, but returned the next day right on time. John and Mike were friendly and fully explained what needed to be done. They performed the job as as promised for what I thought was a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this local company to anyone who asks.

Fairly priced and honest. Good service and knowledgeable too. I will use them again (but I hope I don't need to!)

I've used Carnegie Pest control for 20 yrs or more for small mice. We have animals and John was very patient when explaining that the chemicals he uses are Pet Friendly. We never had a problem with mice for yrs. Im calling them today. Ok. I did call.a women answered and was very friendly and informative. I dont know why these cry baby's complain about everything.

Called yesterday and left a message, not only a return phone call but they came out to assist with my mouse problem. Very knowledgeable was able and more then willing to answer all my questions. Also provide me with some tips and tricks on how to prevent other potential pest problems. I would highly recommend using them! Truly 5 Star service. I plan on using them again if any other issues come up

Jon's company did are home inspection without issue. And we have had them come out to take care of a bee problem we had in the summer. In both occasions we were more than satisfied with his work and professionalism. He has since got rid of ants at my mothers home and did a bee issue at my aunts home. I would recommend him to anyone.

Called to have them come out and inspect for termites or any pests in our wood frame garage. They found none, which was nice to hear, however the best part was no charge! It was refreshing to deal with a pest control company that wasn't trying to high pressure sell a service package. We definately call them for all our future needs.

These guys were great and very reasonably priced. They were professional, came to my home and were respectful of my time and space. They were quick and efficient too. I will be using for all of my extermination needs.

John Vogel talked to me when I phoned and clearly explained the procedure involved to correct the problem. He and a technician arrived as scheduled; power washed the siding and sprayed a chemical to destroy larvae. They guarantee their work. I was pleased with their prompt action and I have had no problems since.

Over a weekend my house was invaded by carpenter ants. dozens at a time were marching in from the breakfast nook, through the kitchen, to my front door. It was horrible. I consulted Angie's List and chose him because he was local, not connected with a big company. I called on a Sunday. He returned my call early Monday morning and said that even though his schedule was full, he would work me in at the end of the day because it appeared to be an emergency.

He came very late that afternoon and treated the property. He did not try to push an extended contract on me -- although I'll probably call him again for some maintenance. He said it would take up to two weeks for the ants to completely disappear, but they were gone within two days.
