Recently I was forced to replace my roof due to hail damage. I took in several bids to have this work done when Erik Ramirez representing 21 Roofing Group was recommended to me. Here my search ended. Mr. Ramirez provided a reasonably priced roof replacement package along with all insurance and liability documentation, protecting me, the consumer. 21Roofing Group went on to remove and replace my damaged roof in a timely manner and fully protected my home from damage. 21

Chris and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. I had various wind damage on my soffits on both sides of the house with open gaps and birds were coming in out and also making a nest. They also completed shingle repairs and pipe boot repairs to further any roof damage and leaks. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them once my roof is ready for a re-roofing. We lost a shingle during a windstorm in early January. 21 Roofimg Group answered right away and had someone out within 2 days. They quoted us a price which was basically what they charge for the first hour and said they noticed a couple of other problems and fixed them as well for that price. We chose 21 Roofing after getting multiple quotes. They were by far the most competitive quote we received. Our roof was around 20 years old and in pretty bad shape. We could not be happier in choosing 21 Roofing. They went over and beyond with our home even replacing the roof of my 10x12 workshop/shed for no additional cost. Having 21 Roofing install my roof was a very good experience. They were efficient, polite and very diligent on their cleanup.

I had a leak in my roof. They came out to give me an estimate. Looked in the attic and on the roof. Sent me an email later that day with multiple pictures attached. Came out to the repair work a few days later (first date I was available) and did the work. Let me know that the job wasn't as large as they thought and charged me much less than the estimate. Honest people. Showed up on time. Courteous. I would highly recommend them.

21 Roofing replaced our roof! Replaced soffit and fascia and installed new gutters! They did a Fantastic job! My house looks brand new again! 21 Roofing replaced our roof / gutters and a skylight in February of 2020 and did a terrific job. Prompt, professional and clean. I mean it, they clean up the job site very well after a messy job. I highly recommend using them for your roofing needs.

Our realtor recommended Erik and his team for a due diligence inspection. They were responsive, timely and answered all of our questions. We trusted their recommendations and costs. After closing we decided to use him to make the repairs. I worked with Ivy on scheduling and she is amazing! She is professional, friendly and so quick to respond. They had to reschedule due to weather but Ivy kept correspondence going and was apologetic; even though it wasn't her fault.

We were quickly rescheduled. The staff did a great job and even cleaned our gutters! My husband went over the next day to do it himself and was surprised to see it cleaned. Things like that is what makes a great business! We will be going back to Erik and his team when it is time for a roof replace. Although I am happy to work with them again, I hope it's not for a while for my pocket's sake!; I'd recommend 21 Roofing Group to anyone!
