When other companies had a wait list of over 2 weeks, we were able to book a next-day appointment. Our technician called before coming and arrived within the window scheduled. Jeff and the crew did a terrific job replacing my 35 yr old drain field! They showed up on time @ 0830 ready to go, had the job done by 1600. The price was right and reasonable as I had obtained several estimates. I also recommended Sauer to my neighbor who had them replace his drain field and septic tank. Dale and Greg came out today to drain our septic tank. They were on time, and professional. They gave advice on what to expect moving forward after draining, and even told us how to drain excess water if the septic tank was clogged, preventing backups into the house. There were no hidden fees, and we were charged exactly what was quoted. I'd recommend them to anyone with a septic system.

Chris tried his absolute best to solve our septic issue, but it turns out our tank wasn't properly installed initially. He was super wonderful and really tried to help, but did provide a detailed description of the problem and solution for our land lord. Highly recommend a dedicated company and an employee like this one. I could tell he was being honest and really felt defeated by not being able to help, even though it was not his fault at all.
