Was originally with Safelite, but they changed my appointment without my confirmation. Tried to call and fix it, but Safelite only had a robot answering calls. I then called Magic to see a competitive price and they were amazing. I instantly was on the phone with Pete, a real person, and he knew exactly my situation and how to help. I was blown away from the difference between Safelite and Magic. Pete did a wonderful job scheduling and my the technician was fast, but did a quality job. Thank you guys!

I was surprised how speedy and qualified the work with my window shield and installation was. Anywhere else, even through warranty; you'll have to book ahead appointment and channel through with Buissness. Magic Window is the real deal. I recommend them to anyone in Arizona. Put out a general request for quotes on a windshield to multiple businesses here on Yelp. He replied immediately and his quote beat everyone else on here by ~$100! I set up the entire thing through Yelp messages. We set it up for the next day and he gave me a 3 hour window. He showed up on time, to my work which was super convenient. He took multiple forms of payment which was also very convenient. And most importantly the windshield was replaced perfectly and extremely fast. Highly recommend!
