Amazing service! They came, assessed the situation and fixed the problem. I am making a list of items to get fixed so that I call them out again! Reasonable rate and godd work ethic. Left everything clean. You can tell the plumber loves the craft!

One Call Plumbing was recommended to us by a friend and it ended up being exactly what we needed! Levi and his apprentice were fast, professional, and kept us informed throughout the entire process! The ladies in the office were also super helpful with scheduling and communicating with us. We had a major clog that kept us from using our bathtubs or toilets for a couple of months and with two small children that made life a hassle.

They came in and had the repair made, as well as a water line for the fridge ice maker completed in a days time and now we have our tubs, toilets, and washing machine back to use again. I can't say enough how great our experience was!

From my initial service call their customer service was awesome. I was able to schedule an appointment that worked best for me & my mom, the techs arrived as scheduled. Kevin (#007) & Ethan (#26) are truly an asset to the company! They were very friendly, polite & very professional! Chris was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful with many questions. Nick Jennings with One Stop Plumbing is a professional as they come. He takes great pride and care in his work. Cleans up any mess and completes the work in a superb manner. My experience with One Call Plumbing was nothing short of spectacular. We had an issue on the weekend that needed immediate attention. The customer service/dispatcher communicated politely and clearly, and Spencer handled the problem on site with efficient skill and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

Called in the morning about replacing a kitchen faucet that was leaking, they sent Corey out that afternoon. He was professional and had the new faucet installed within an hour. The old faucet had rusted in place and he had to use an angle grinder to get it out. They have done a few things for us, including a new septic system. They are always on time, clean, professional and they have reasonable rates. No, it's not cheap, but everything has been done right and I would rather pay more one time than have to pay multiple times to fix something more than once.

There prices seem a bit high but it is possibly that I could be underestimating how much plumbing services cost. What I can say for sure is that they do good work, they're kind and most importantly, they'll be there when they say they'll be there. I would consider using them again. Service:Faucet repair

I would use them again the guys arrived on time and worked VERY hard and patiently. They were very respectful, knowledge and willing to keep me informed every step of the way. It got pricey quick but to no fault of their own it was beyond their control. If you need fast friendly service One Call Plumbing is the one to call.

When your toilet backs up, and the plunger doesn't help, it's frustrating and even scary. Called One Call Plumbing. Chuck was at my house within a half hour. Friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable guy. Had everything working in less than an hour. Super guy.

Don't use anyone else for your plumbing needs. OneCall Plumbing fixed my busted pipe in my front yard and came as promised on a Saturday afternoon and got the job done. Chuck and Kevin are awesome! They are honest and located my septic tank at no cost.

Very positive first experience with this company. I had a water line bust in my guest bath. Chad was the one the 911 dispatcher contacted. He was extremely professional, and was concerned not only with correctly fixing my issue (which, thankfully, was a minor repair) but also with how I was doing with all the stress. I would definitely consider using this company again, for any future needs.

We had a leaking pipe in the storage room off the garage. Called one company and they gave me a run around about this being a really big job and we're not sure about how much to charge. I quickly decided to call another company and after checking reviews for One Call, I called and they were so professional about scheduling an appointment for an estimate on the next day.

When Preston came, he gave an estimate that I was pleased with. Then, when we agreed on the estimate, we asked when he could do it and he began to get to work right then! He was so nice and so knowledgeable about the job that we felt completely happy with his work. He fixed the leaks( turned out to be 2 ) and cleaned up after the work! We had to call a plumber to J&J's house because the toilets and shower stall had backed up. They were able to get someone to the house in less than an hour. Once there, the technician provided an cost for us to okay before he began his work. Once approved, he corrected the problem and then called me over to explain in great detail precisely what he had done and why. He also provided an estimate for future work that needs to be done to prevent the problem from reoccuring.

Fast, friendly and affordable! Very pleased from the moment I called to schedule service to the minute the technician left my home. When explaining my problem, the lady was very friendly and accommodating to the fact that I needed someone as soon as possible. I had a stripped faucet valve that could have been very timely and expensive to fix. The technician was able to just replace the chamber rather than the entire valve, which was a huge relief!

As an out of state landlord im easy prey to be taken advantage of, especially when, like me you really care about your property and tenants. On a saturday morning after having received bad news of drainage issues at my home in Spartanburg with an estimated repair cost of $9,000 I called One Call Plumbing for a second opinion; and I'm glad I did! The professional service man listened to my issues and was willing to work with my property manager to schedule a visit.

Finding out that my property manager was closed on saturday he took it upon himself to introduce himself to my tenant with professionalism and courtesy. My tenant couldn't be any more happy to see this man on a saturday eager to help. Shortly after lunch that day I was viewing online video of my drainage system and was offered and effective and immediate solution.

After having provided a price that totaled less than 1/10th of the original plumbers estimate I approved the work and by dinner time I was online looking at the video of my drainage system as fully functional and of no further inconvenience to my tenant. Upon completion of the work I was offered proposals to maintain and possibly even upgrade the system without invasive excavation.

I was furnished with a copy of the note left for my tenant notifying them of the status, pictures of the site and of the tenants gate closed and re locked. I fell sorry for anyone who calls anyone else. These guys are top notch!
