RAD Computers went above and beyond my needs. Brought in my computer for just a simple issue with my screen flickering and picked up my computer with all new cord management and he even redid my lighting! Couldn't be more thankful.

I'm so happy I met Mark. Not only did he fix my machine quicker than anticipated it works great. And as a side note his suggestion for dinner was the bomb too! I will look to Rad Computers for all my work in the future and will recommend them to anyone that will listen. Great Job Mark!

Super friendly, was having hard time looking some one who understand Alienwares, but fortunately they help me out, unfortunately my motherboard is totally toasted, but boys helped me out dissemble it and take a look at it with no charges! Super friendly, will go again for my any computer needs!

The guy, Brandon, opened up and talked with me and let me nerd out a bit and hooked me up with some great products to makey older computer hum. I haven't got it back yet but I could tell they were going to treat me right. I will update when I get my system.

I cannot say enough about the services Mark provided. I had a very stubborn home networking problem and had exhausted my ability to troubleshoot. He had the problem resolved in a little more than an hour - talking me thru everything he was doing the whole time. Can't recommend highly enough

I am here today to edit my old review. previously my experience with this commpany was a bit shaky. after recently obtaining a new laptop it began to have some issue. it had been sometime sense i re visited this shop, so i figure i would give them another shot. I was not dissapointed. as some one who has grown away from technolodgy over the years, i generally have a realy hard time with computer issues and it causes me alot of anxiety. Mark's on top of it. Had a quirky issue with the BIOS accepting a new CPU, and he got it squared away within 24 hours. Repeat customer here, and will be back (hopefully not :) ), but if I do need something, I'll be revisiting Mark again. Best thing is he's only 3 miles from my house. It was my production workstation and I was admittedly anxious about getting it back, but Mark understands that and is patient and polite and doesn't give the run-around. 5 stars all around. Thanks Mark!

I called mark Saturday morning and asked him to build me a custom pc. He met me at Frys Electronics that morning picked all the parts and had it done that night. The level of customer service has by far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Mark from Rad Computers to everyone.

Awesome place, Took my Desktop in to get checked out; was told what was wrong, what needed improved, and what they would charge. (All within 24 hours) Aaron provided a lot of technical advice on top of the free diagnostics testing. This is definitely my go to computer repair shop now.

Nick was honest I thought I was going to have to order expensive parts but he told me what was really wrong and fixed it himself saved me a good amount of money. I would take my computer to get fixed there again!

Nick was Fantastic! We use our computer for imaging and business is reliant on it up and running. He was excellent at communicating and keeping us updated and easily reached. We will definitely be using him in the future if needed and recommending his service.

MARK IS AWESOME! My laptop is fixed and better than what I wanted. He not only fixed my fan but also fixed everything else needed for the same price. He also offers discounts for students which saved me even more. No one could have made this experience any better. I dropped my laptop off at 5 on a Monday and it was ready at 3 the next day.
