Walter scheduled my appt quickly, and was on top of things. The two gentlemen that came to help move were overall great. Hard working and positive. Only negative feedback I have that kept me from rating 5 stars is some minor damage was done to the wall during the move and it's something that can be easily fixed but unfortunately the movers didn't mention it to me. Otherwise, I do recommend Phoenix Moving and will probably request their help again some day.

Excellent service. The process from quoting to payment was seemless. The packing crew were friendly, well trained and very flexible. Everything was packed with care and there was zero damage to our property. We moved from an apartment to a house, picked up a piano and other large items at a storage lockup and delivered quickly. We had to switch from self-move to hiring movers with a week's notice on one of the busiest moving days in Boston (8/31). Phoenix ended up having availability to work us into their schedule and were very responsive when scheduling and leading up to the move, and did a very professional and efficient job on moving day, thoroughly wrapping furniture pieces that needed it and worked quickly. Thanks to Walter and the team for helping us with a successful move! I'll be calling them again next time moving day comes around.

Incredibly impressed with these guys-100% recommend. Had a nightmare move with another company froM NYC to Boston a couple of years ago (tons of damage, delay, etc) and Phoenix was the polar opposite. They were quick, efficient, did an excellent job with all my items, and no damage to walls or furniture whatsoever. All done much faster than I would have thought possible-thank you!

The guys are amazing! They were very nice, quick and careful. Given yesterday's extremely hot weather, they did the job for my 2 bedroom within 4 hr with a 40 min drive between the places. All the furnitures were carefully wrapped, and none of the items were damaged. Along with the easy booking process and reasonable price, I would definitely recommend them.
