We loved our building process with MDS homes! They were very accommodating with letting us be apart of the home building process every step of the way. I loved how easy it was to communicate back and forth and it was nice being able to see the timeline for things as they were happening. Our finished home is everything we could have asked for and more. I would absolutely recommend MDS to anyone looking to build a home!

Dallin and everyone at MDS was great to work with on our house build! 10/10 service. The home we built was custom with reasonable prices! I would use them a million times over! Building with MDS has been an amazing experience! We're so happy we went with them to build our first home and we highly recommend MDS! High quality work and great communication can be expected. Throughout our build we felt taken care of and every idea was supported with great feedback. We appreciate the fact we never had any surprises and we loved the classic Idaho friendliness they provided.

I just closed on my first completely custom home built by MDS in October and was nothing but impressed. They made the home building process extremely easy and non-stressful. This was the first home I built and they took the time to walk me through every step along the way.
