Services
For over 25 years, Attorney Gloria Castrodale has been practicing law with the goal of helping injured workers recover compensation, so that they can focus on their recovery and their loved ones without the financial burden and anxiety that comes with a sudden medical emergency. And for over 25 years, she has successfully represented Ohio's workers, from firemen and police officers, to blue collar and white collar workers alike.
Gloria P. Castrodale has been licensed to practice law in Ohio since 1988, with a concentration in Workers' Compensation and Social Security Cases. She has over 25 years experience in Workers' Compensation and Litigation practice. Gloria graduated from Youngstown State University in 1982, then attended Cleveland Marshall College of Law and graduated in 1985.
The workers' compensation system can be very confusing. Benefits are determined by tedious calculations; medical treatment is not guaranteed and more often than not needs to be aggressively pursued. Employers have the right to object to benefits. As an injured worker, you have the right to have effective counsel represent and fight for you through this process.
If you have suffered a disabling injury or have medical conditions that prevent you from working, you may be eligible to file for Social Security Disability (SSD) benefits or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) disability benefits. However, the process is notoriously difficult, cumbersome and confusing, with a high percentage of cases being denied on their first pass.
Maria is a 2012 graduate of the University of Cincinnati. Maria is responsible for litigation projects and assists the clients of Castrodale Law, LLC, with completion of court-related documents, BWC forms and Medicare and Medicaid issues. Her compassion and eye for detail are a crucial part of this office.
