Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning has installed HVAC on our new Construction homes and repairs on rentals for years. They are always on time and provide a good quality product.

This business deserves a six star service given their speed to service, offer to provide a temporary (emergency) solution If needed, and their integrity to fix rather than replace. Our solar hot water system was leaking water badly and no longer heating water. Two tech arrived within an hour of taking my call and promptly diagnosed/ resolved the issue. Going forward, we will be using these guys for any hot water issues!

The receptionist was very professional and pleasant. She organized the repair for next day. The tech was prompt called when promised. He diagnosed the problem instantly. He repaired my braemar ht420 quickly. This crew is excellent and I know the difference. Before finding this company, I had someone else try to fix my unit. They claimed to be repairers of central heating. The guy didn't have a clue. I wasted good money on fools.

I know this is not normal, but my forced air heater went out. I called, several companies, nothing for days in some cases. I called Pacific, they had a cancellation that morning and I had a tech in 45 minutes. The unit was repaired in 2 hours (needed a part) Nevertheless, I realize this is close to a supernatural occurrence, but I'm passing it along as a Cudo's anyway! Sometimes good things like this do happen.sometimes!
