Freddie was my technician today. He arrived on the scheduled time. Checked all my vents, cleaned and repaired my system. He explained everything that was done and the thing I really like is I'm shown pictures of the services performed. I highly recommend Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating. They have friendly, professional employees.

Our AC quit working about 5 PM on Friday and the other companies recommended by family were either closed till Monday at 8 AM or the earliest they could have been here was Tuesday. Called Alaskan AC and a Technician was here in less than 2 hours. Had me up & running in about a half hour. Service: A/C system repair

Our A/C went out last night so we promptly started calling different companies and Alaskan was the only company who went above and beyond for us. I spoke with Dennis and he genuinely cared about our situation and sent a certified tech out to us immediately. Our tech, James, was here within the hour and fixed our A/C in about 10 minutes! Thank you James and Dennis for helping us, you have made lifelong customers!

My fiance and I wanted to make sure our system was in great shape for the upcoming summer and after hearing the radio ads for Alaskan A/C we decided to give them a shot: so happy we did! The technician, Nick Waldron, called to let me know he was on his way and showed up right on time (a rare thing in my experience). He went right to work and was professional and respectful.

He explained everything to us so we understood what could use some work and what was working great already. We were so happy with the service and complete experience that we signed up for a 2 year membership. We highly recommend the company and will refer family or friends to them in the future!

We have used Alaskan Air for a few years when it's time for annual AC check up/tune up. They are always thorough and professional. Our tech this year, Mike, was great! He gave us some recommendations without the "hard sale", which is always appreciated. When we finally do need to replace our unit, we will be using their services for sure!

I called Alaskan ac to come look at my unit that was not heating or cooling; Jeremy can out before they said he could because he was ahead of schedule and had my unit back up and running in no time. Not only did he fix my unit in a timely manner he went above and beyond to make sure he double checked his work and to ensure there weren't any other issues contributing to the problem. I have been using ALASKAN for several years, excellent service and a very professional team. Our periodical maintenance is always "immaculate" and for the one made this week, Earl Diaz went the extra-mile. We had an unexpected electronic board failure, he and his team found the part at the other side of town, went to get it and installed in a few hours. Great job ALASKAN!

Marissa and Efrain saved me! Like most people, my AC went out at the worst time. . .mid-July during the monsoons late at night. I made an online appointment around midnight. When I called first thing this morning to follow up, Marissa was honest with me about the difficulty of getting me scheduled today since they were so busy. She said she would get back to me if she could work me in. Somehow Marissa worked her magic. Ten minutes later, she called to say a tech was on his way. Efrain arrived at 8:30, and by 10:00 I had a new motor installed. Efrain was so compassionate and honest with me. What a great guy!

I contacted Gibson Air whom I had done work for me in the past only to find out that Alaskan Air had taken them over. I went ahead and had them come out for my annual check up.
The service rep was Marcel Swift. He was truly a outstanding rep for the company. He performed the check up and we had a sit down conversation regarding my 19 year old equipment. I explained to him our situation and we hoped to get one more year out of it.
He thought it was possible. We will be changing it this coming year. He was truly knowledgeable and aware of our situation.
What a professional company and crew. We will use Alaskan Air from now on and highly recommend them.
Their quoted prices were not only competitive but lower than what my neighbors have paid.
