The rumors are true! Shawna is your go-to for any computer repair projects. Do not waste your time with Geek Squad trying to explain your issue to somebody who is just going to pass it off to someone else. Just to be told you have to purchase a whole new product. Shawna got my Macbook Pro back up and running faster than ever, quickly and for a reasonable price. There's a reason for all these five star reviews. Give Shawna a call!

Shawna is great. She knows her stuff, reasonable rates, very responsive. Just to explain becuz I think extraordinary: I live in NYC and my mother who is a senior and lives in Lakeland, was released from a serious rehab visit ealier than planned and there was no time to set up the new life alert system or get to her to do it myself. The devices were delivered.
Mom needed help, could not even safely reach the plugs. I found WhatsIT and Shawna through Yelp! She called and after a brief call/interview and coordination with Mom, found a quick schedule and Shawna made time to come very soon, hook everything up, instill confidence and tested with the company, even helped with paperwork with the service ensuring she could hear it and be heard.
She also helped determine Mom needed an upgrade on laptop. Throughout, she kept me up to date on progress and in-touch. Mom really enjoyed working with her, too. Technical savvy and people skills! We look forward to reaching out for her service again, as Mom recovers. On behalf of the family, thank you so much.
