This company is great. We got estimates from three companies. They gave us the best price estimate and was clear and up front about possible factors that could affect the estimate. When it was time to do the job, they found a perfect window of opportunity when we wouldn't have rain, and their team was quick and efficient. The bulk of the job was done in about a day and a half. The final cost matched the estimate -- no surprises. The roof looks great and is watertight. I really can't recommend these guys highly enough.

This contractor gone above and beyond his job to satsify the customer. Its demonstrates how excellent customer service can have a lasting effect on customer relationships. I will definatelly call this contractor on future projects. The contractor is a empathetic listener and makes the customer know he values their time. The front sidewalk was installed proffessionally, the area cleaned afterwards and price was right.

This company Power Washed my entitled house for a great price, gave me the best estimate and beat all competitors, the friendliest group of people ever, I mean all the way from the secretary to the workers, everyone was so polite and I felt very comfortable at all times. They even re-enforced my gutter when they noticed it was a little messed up. I highly appreciate this company and recommend them to anyone who needs any type of exterior service!

This company called us within ten minutes of putting in our request on Home Advisor. They did the repair work on the weekend and was able to finish within a short amount of time. They were polite and even showed us pictures of other areas needing repair. Their price was good which was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend.

I was very pleased with the entire process. A1 Gutters came out promptly and gave me the quote. I did look at several other contractors but felt at ease with A1. I replaced all my gutters and downspouts. The crew showed on time each day and job took less than 1 day. The area inside and out was cleaned up each day. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. I will use United Pro again and recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home.

They were extremely talented and professional! This was a very large difficult roof and they worked very hard and measured every board and area so it was done right. It looks great. Need a new roof? I sympathize. But the happy news is that working with United Pro is a dream. From the hardworking crew to the personable client reps., their staff is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and easy to work with--complete straight shooters. I just had my entire roof redone, along with a detached garage. Their personnel went out of their way to keep me informed each step of the process, on timing and their approach.

United Pro took the time to really look at the problem before repairing it. The other 4 companies did not and charged twice as much. While working, took the time to show me the problem and how they were fixing it. In the area of roof repair, they are tops with me.

I would highly recommend this company. They did a wonderful job on my front and side stairs and both walkways. Everything was completed in a timely and professional manner. We will be using them for our patio when the time comes.

United Pro went over and above to make sure our roof got done in a timely fashion because we had some serious holes that needed fixed. They worked hard, no chit chat. After meeting with 5 different roofing companies we choose United Pro because of their efforts. Their knowledge and explanation of the process was exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressure or salesman pitch - just upfront and honest. Our 110 year old house had 4 layers of shingles including the original wood shake roof. It was a big job.

The workers were courteous and punctual. At the end of each day they left the yard organized and picked up. We has some slight miss communication, Mike out of town during our installation, but things were quickly resolved and we were happy with the resolution. We definitely would recommend Mike and his team for any roofing needs.

I am so impressed with the honesty and friendliness of Benny and his staff. We had a leak in our roof during one a big rain storm, and they were still able to fit us in. Benny came out and took pictures to show me of our roof and explained exactly what needed repairing. He was very honest and show was his price.

I have no regrets. My roof was leaking and after 2 adjusters and one other contractor (who wanted me to replace the whole roof) they couldn't find the leak. United Pro found the leak while it was wet outside and in a matter of minutes. United Pro responded in a timely manner and when I was ready to get the job done, I was put on the schedule within a reasonable amount of time.

The Crew from United Pro Construction LLC did an outstanding job from start to finish! They started at 7;00 AM Monday and gone by 4:00 PM Tuesday, doing a complete tear-off and replacement of our 64 square Condominium roof including replacing 6 skylights. The outside Clean up is as good if not better than when they arrived on site. We are extremely satisfied with the total project. Customer service and communication were excellent.
