In 2019, I moved to Nashville, TN to open a roofing franchise for a roofing company located in NW Georgia. Within 18 months, I built and managed a team that contracted and constructed over 5 million dollars of insurance-paid-for roof replacements. In 2020 I moved back to the Chattanooga area with my wife, Savannah and our baby girl, Isabel. Over the last 2 years, I have spent my time behind the scenes managing the corporate operations side of the business. I’ve been fortunate to learn many things about construction, customer servicing, business operations and management in my time in this industry and plan to use those tools in managing and operating our new business, Local Roofer, LLC.

Was not present while they worked, but a neighbor expressed great satisfaction with the speed of their job. Despite their discovery that the last time this roof was recovered, a very bad job had been done, they performed the project extremely quickly and supplied images of the work to me as they went. During or after business hours, questions are answered clearly and quickly.

Several attempts over the years to sort out a steadily worsening leak in our roof have not been successful. That is, until we called in Local Roofer - Chattanooga. John came and had a good look, sent us an estimate, and we didn't have to wait long before he and his team were able to carry out the work. While on site they worked hard to get the job done in the shortest possible time and between spells of rain.

The area of work was left in a perfect, tidy state and all discarded material removed from the roof was taken off site at the end of the job. Most importantly, It has rained quite heavily on most days since the work was completed and not a drop has come through our ceiling. We have dispensed with our bucket. Success at last!

Several friends recommended Local Roofer. John was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable about roofing. Our free inspection showed no repairs needed and John estimates 3-4 more years of use. He will return in one year and recheck the roof. Local Roofer is a very honest company.and when the time comes, we will be using them!
