Access Garage Doors of NoCo

I have had 3 great experiences with Access garage doors since I purchased my 20 year old home on November of 2022. The first was a tune up of the two doors in November, the second was the replacement of a poorly operating opener that was replaced with a new Lift Master opener in January and the last was the replacement of the spring's on one door when one broke in March.

The work was preformed very quickly and in a professional manor in every case. I was particularly impress with Darryl's staff concern that the work was completed in a highly competent manor that exceeded my expectations. Bill Statz Frederick Co

Showed up on time, called on the way, knocked the job out as expected. Reasonable cost. These guys may have saved my life, I was going to do the repair myself. During conversation with the tech I realized these doors have an internal torsion system. It would have ruined my day to learn this the hard way.

Acess garage doors is great. Being a general contractor, sometimes I get in a pinch and they have always done what I've needed in a professional and timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone that needs service or new door installs.

Wow! We are so impressed with the service we received from Access Garage Doors of Chattanooga; from the rapid response to my request for a quote to completed installation. Conner arrived within 4hrs of my phone inquiry to answer my questions, measure, explain & provide options for my garage door replacement, which included our need for the "kitty door".

His affordable quote was a plus along with the fact that our door choice was in stock! Two business days later, Zack and his crew arrived to add the curb appeal our home needed. Their experience really showed. They quickly and safely transformed our 57yr old metal (kick-out) door (which we discarded ourselves to reduce our labor w/Access) - to a beautiful, "insulated" rolling panel carriage style door with all the bells and whistles, in lightning fast time, (about 3 hrs).

We could tell by watching his process, that Zack is a detail freak, which we liked, and his crew jumped right in; it was like watching a dance. Our garage has never had a better seal around the door to keep out cool air and rain. And the kitty door looks great, too! We could not be happier! We give 5 Stars to Access Doors!

These guys were awesome! First, so sincerely friendly on the phone. Second, came out at my convenience even though they were 10 minutes from my house at an inconvenient time. While they were working, it was like a visit from friends. Everyone I spoke to was very appreciative of my patronage. I highly recommend!

I was having problems with my garage door operator (over 20 years old), so I called Access Garage Doors. Trevor quickly diagnosed and explained the problem. A new operator was installed, which is so quiet and include a battery backup that allow the garage door to open and close if the power goes out. Also, this operator include an app called myQ, which allow you to close the garage door if you leave your house without closing the garage door. I am very pleased with the excellent and professional service I received. I highly recommend Access Garage Doors.

Great experience. Sent an email at 7:30 AM requesting service. Had a response before 8:00AM from the owner. Trevor then came out that same afternoon, after 5:00PM, staying until 6:30PM to work on our door to make sure it was fixed and safe. He didn't have everything he needed on his truck but he then came back out again the next day, free of charge, to finish the job. Can't say enough good things about Trevor. Well done! And thanks!

I had to have the top panel on both garage doors replaced. Access ordered the panels and installed them when they came in. The design of the original doors didn't have adequate bracing and the replacement panels are the same. Access added reinforcement pieces to the tops of the doors to prevent the new panels from bending. I recommend Access Garage Door and would use them again.

I called Access Doors over another company because of the reviews I saw on google, and I'm so glad I did! Jeremy was amazing to work with. He came that day I called, explained everything that had happened and what he fixed, and did it quick too! After he had left, I forgot to ask something. I called the number and he immediately answered and was so helpful on the phone too. Great company and workers!

Our garage door spring broke and we couldn't get our car out of the garage. I called Access Garage after an internet search. This company was WONDERFUL to work with and the repair workers were on time, professional, knowledgeable, and worked us in on the same day. After reaching out to several companies, Brian was quick to get back to me and come out to see what was going on. Service date was set within a few days and, even though there were some issues they ran into with the repair, they were clear about what was going on and how/when everything would be done (which was still within a week from when I reached out to them!) Very appreciative and will recommend them and use them in the future.

Not only do these people display superior craftsmanship and professionalism, their customer service is impeccable. Everything they said they'd do, they did, and within the time frame they promised.
