Blake recently help me list and sell my home. He made the process so easy especially during the negotiation and home inspection process. Blake suggested a contractor, Josh Kimsey, to take care of some of the home inspection items and Josh did an outstanding job. Everyone Blake works with or recommends is always top notch. My closing happened to fall on a day that I had to go out of town for a funeral, Blake was able to have the title company make a last minute meeting for me to sign my paperwork before I went out of town and not hold up the closing process.
