I called and they were out the next morning. Came on time and the plumber, Phil S., was both professional and friendly. Explained what he was doing, in other words answered all my crazy questions. Phil unclogged my kitchen drains and cleaned up the mess. I have used Plumbing Express before this and will definitely call again if I need a plumber. Great job every time.

Rick from Plumbing Express arrived at exactly the agreed upon time and listened to the description of the problem I thought we were having - the sound of running water in the plumbing on one side of the house. He checked all the plumbing fixtures on all levels of the house and then found that it was the backup sump pump running constantly because the primary sump had failed.
