Christmas Week our undersized heat pump finally decided to call it quits. Even though we hadn't used them before the team at Strategic came out for a service call Christmas Eve! They helped us remain comfortable until a permanent fix could be implemented, for which we are very grateful. Based on that experience we engaged Strategic to install a new system. Mikey Hanson was very knowledgeable and patiently guided me through the details, answering my numerous questions and scheduling the installation 2 days later. Chad Morris, Director of Operations and his team Mando & Ryan completed the installation with a smile.
