Honestly everything was great. Mr. B was nice and friendly and amazing and pointed into right direction. You can tell he really wanted to help and not just scam! He knew what talking about. Very polite and respectful! Great communication very organized! Honestly great. I only give four because noticed was scratch on my computer but that's on me for not checking and just taking it so check your stuff to make sure great! But honestly amazing will be going back in future when needed!

Alex and Braeden are knowledgeable, honest, and great problem- solvers. They have been in this industry for quite a while and are able to troubleshoot and counsel you in maintaining your computers to run at top level. Was really in a crunch. Computer down and I needed same day repair on a Saturday for Monday work. Alex took care of me. I hadn't even gotten back home when my phone rang and he said he had it fixed (i.e., bad video card) Reasonable prices.

I have been a customer of Alex for many years and have purchased 2 refurbished MacBook's and a HP Touchscreen for family. I appreciate the highest quality customer service and have always been impressed with the expertise and speed given for every challenge I bring in. The cost is true value and fair beyond measure when I compare to the big box like Micro-Teck or Apple.

Don't replace your computer- bring it to Alex! If you have water damage, or slow speeds because of virus or hackers, CSE will clean this up, and have your computer working like new again. Upgrades, guidance and advice you can totally trust! I often get same day or next day repair. Computer Solutions and Exchange are THE BEST!

I would give them five stars, except for a lack of selection in replacement parts. When it came to replacing my ssd, there was only one price point given for each size ssd (250,500,1tb etc). Would be nice to have cheap and expensive options. The work itself, the customer service, and the friendliness of the staff in itself, are all five star. Highly recommend, though maybe bring in your own parts.

If you need an honest opinion on your computer this is the place. They never sell you anything that you don't need. They always give you options on what you can do. I'd really appreciate honestly since I don't like to spend my money on my computer twice. From now on I'm not going anywhere else because this guy knows what he is doing and he never overcharged me. I've used CSE several times over the last four years for my Apples. I've come to trust their recommendations concerning how to get the most out of my machines without blowing our budget. They are consistently attentive to my concerns, do reliable work, and meet their deadlines. Just today Alex recognized evidence of a habit I have when using my Mac that eventually slows the machine down. He didn't scold me but he did give me a simple procedure to alleviate the effects of my preferred style. I highly recommend them.

Both the owner and staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled at satisfying their customers. My PC crashed and they had it up and running for a very reasonable price and ready for pickup in 3 days. Since I work online, I needed it done right away, and they did a great job. very pleased.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I damaged my laptop beyond repair but needed to extract my hard drive and see if it would transfer it to a new computer. CS&E was able to do the transfer the same day, there was no downtime in my work at all. I rarely leave reviews of businesses, but this is one that you must patronize. They are a gem of a small business, and I am grateful!

I took my sick computer to Computer Solutions and Exchange and I'm very satisfied with their service. They asked for $35.00 up front to diagnosis the computer and applied the $35.00 towards any work done. I needed a new hard drive replaced for $100.00 bucks and I was charged an extra $75.00 to install OS Windows. After taxes and the $35.00 paid upfront was applied, I was charged $148.85.

While waiting to pickup my computer, a customer ahead of me traded in his old computer to have work done on his newer computer! I highly recommend Computer Solutions and Exchange.

I found this store on Craigslist while I was looking for a used laptop. I met with the owner Vahid and he was extremely nice and helpful. I bought my laptop and I'm 100% satisfied. While I was there and I overheard him dealing with other clients and noticed that his technical support service seemed second to none.
