Absolutely phenomenal! Aside from Chad being a great trainer and keeping me in great shape/healthy, he's a wonderful Christian man with high values and a beautiful heart. Have never had a cancellation from him or heard anything vulgar from him. He's truly a blessing!

I have been working with Chad for five years - which is unbelievable as I have never stuck with any other workout plan for more than a few months. Chad has been great at bringing me along at my speed. And I have more muscle (which I can definitely see and feel), greater flexibility, and fewer aches and pains - which is great considering I am in my 60's. I will never be a guy that really likes to workout, but yet working with Chad keeps me going.

I've been training with Chad for over a year, 3 times a week. I'm 61 and had lost strength over the years. Chad mixes strength, flexibility and cardio so that time moves along quickly. My strength is great and I have no plans to stop as I'm not likely to maintain a consistent strength routine on my own. Plus he lets me play my playlist!

Chad is a great trainer. I have medical issues and he is always willing to adjust the workouts to my needs. In saying that, he has helped me lose 20 pounds and gain muscle. I feel great and owe that to Chad.

I appreciate the weekly video meetings, which are high yield and to the point. Had been on a rut for several months, but with some tweaking of my macros and fiber intake, we were able to break through and continue my weight loss journey. Definitely worth the investment- if you follow his instructions!

I've been working with Chad for about 10 months. Chad's workouts include a solid fifty-five minutes of stretch, strength, and cardio. I'm 57 and find Chad's customized approach to what works for my body, while still pushing it, to be quite refreshing! I had shoulder surgery in my twenties and as an adult, it can (and does) be problematic in my workouts. Chad has modified my upper body workouts accordingly and I have much more strength and flexibility in my shoulder than I've had in years! Chad is knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend him!

Several weeks ago, I set out to find a personal training for my wife and me. We had both gained a considerable amount of weight over the years and we needed something to give us a kickstart to becoming healthy again. My wife had received knee surgery a year or two earlier, so I knew if we were going to do this I had to find the right trainer. After carefully reading reviews I decided to give Chad a call and scheduled an interview.

During the interview the first thing I noticed was Chad's attentive nature. He asked questions about our fitness goals and most importantly he listened. The initial workouts were slow, steady and carefully measured which was exactly what we needed. Each week the training becomes a little more challenging but never to a point where were in pain after the session.

I believe we're on week twelve of our workouts and I could not be happier with our success. We receive compliments on our appearance almost weekly and It's become harder to find clothes in our closet that fit anymore. I never would have thought I would want or need to use a personal training to get into shape. I was in the military for 10 years and this has been by far the best experience I could have imagined. Thank you!

My husband and I have been working out with Chad for about 5 months. In that time, I've gained muscle mass and lost fat, as well as increased my flexibility and balance. I can say that I've never been more faithful to a workout plan since working with Chad. For the first time, I look forward to exercising. I hope to focus more on improving my nutrition with Chad's help as the next steps in becoming more fit and healthy. Also I don't know that I've ever worked out with a more polite trainer, even if he is a K-State fan!

Working with Coach Chad has given me more muscle gains, a leaner body, and more energy. I never thought that training 2 days a week would lead to such an improvement, but it has. Coach Chad is a knowledgable, fun, and easy-going trainer. I couldn't ask for much more.

I have been working out with Chad for just under a year now. From the first consultation with him, I was impressed with his knowledge of exercise physiology and his personal approach to me as a client. He listened to what my goals were and has crafted a workout regimen to achieve those goals. Not only does he focus on physical activity, but he also provides me with regular nutritional advice and reminds me that fitness is more than just reps.

He is flexible and accommodating and he makes working out fun. I have gained muscle and strength and I feel healthier than I have in the last 20 years and I owe that completely to Chad!

I had knee surgery 2 years ago and haven't fully trusted my knee since. My hubby and I have been seeing Chad for 8 weeks now. I've nicknamed him "The Sadist", to which he replies "Thank you and you're welcome". lol I went to a week long conference in a convention center that is 2.1 MILLION square feet. Lots and lots of walking, up and down stairs, catwalks, and start/stops on a dime (40 thousand people at the convention!). There was absolutely no way I would have survived all that walking at the convention without all the strength training Chad provided. Chad, THANK YOU!

When I first moved to the KC area I went personal trainer "shopping." I stumbled by Chad at KCFITCLUB, I looked at his reviews and his Facebook page. I decided to make an appointment with him to see what all I need to work on. That was the best decision ever, he is a great trainer who listens but also pushes you enough to be a better overall person!

I have lost inches, weight, gained much muscle and lost almost all my "love handles" that I had been carrying around for YEARS. If you're looking for a great trainer, Chad is your guy!

My husband and I have really enjoyed training with Chad over the last few months. My strength and flexibility have improved significantly over that time. The workouts are challenging yet fun! Chad is outgoing and is extremely flexible with our schedule changes. I highly recommend KC Fit Club.

For months I have been going twice a week to Chad's weekday morning fitness classes. Chad does a great job---he challenges us but also listens to each person and modifies each exercise for each person's level or physical issues. I can absolutely tell a difference in my core strength and general daily functioning. Chad always encourages us to do what we can and do more when we can.

I am not an athlete, but I never feel dumb. The exercises are things I can do even when I travel, as they take no special equipment, so I feel I am learning ways to stay healthy no matter where I am. Chad has done a great job of offering classes that work for everyone, regardless of their current fitness level, making everyone feel welcome, and challenging us to continue to get healthier.
