Aviator Heating & Cooling

This company installed a new furnace promptly when our old one died. Also put in an air conditioner. Their service was fine. My only problem was with a lack of communication regarding if and when they would arrive to work. They improved when I asked them to please inform me.

I had Daniel and Angel work on repairing my furnace, clean and sanitize my ducts, install a filter system, and fix any duct leaks. They were kind, professional, and I efficient. I will be using this company and the team for future hvac needs. Service:Heating system repair

Rats nibbled through my wiring, causing a short in my furnace and the heat to go out. Global was able to come out the day after my own troubleshooting proved insufficient. There was a small delay while parts came in and they were able to wire the furnace so I could manually start/stop in at the breaker while the thermostat came in. When more expensive parts were needed, they honored the original quote. Daniel was our main technician.

He was communicative, prompt, efficient, and came out in the evening. He was courteous toward me and kind to my curious small children. He also chatted with them in Spanish. Another tech, Nate, came out at the very end and was both approachable and bilingual as well. I recommend this company without hesitation.

Daniel came on Sunday to assess our problems. Then he came with crew during the week to repair our furnace, install a new hard wired thermostat, clean the registers, and intall a top of the line filtration system on the furnace. We are very pleased with his professional work. He has an excellent way with people and hires very friendly crew to help him. I will use him for regular maintenance and would highly recommend his company to you.

Had a clogged dryer duct and stinky, dirty HVAC ducts. Daniel came out in the evening to make a plan, and within 3 days all my home's ducts had been thoroughly cleaned. Technican was on time. I was presented with recommended service plan and other possible fixes. But considering that unit is over 10 yrs of age and nearing its life expectancy decided to install new system. To my surprise I did not have to wait that long as other companies told me 2- 3 months wait time. They had new unit in stock. It was installed quickly and works great.

Tuesday July 26, 2022. It was over 100° outside. Our home AC stopped cooling at noon. By the time we got home and tried to selfdiagnosed the issue by 530pm. Most HVAC local shops are closed or closing by 6pm. My brother and I went on a hunt for an AC capacitor at Home depo and Lowe's with no luck. I then called more rhan 10 places and again most were closed.

A few reps did answered my call but were more focused on making an appointment with theirs techs for next month since everyone is slammed with this heatwave. Moreover, I got two calls from two different numbers and one text. Global international Heating and Cooling Co. employees were working on a job in the ungodly heat. They were more than willing to save our lives by providing us with a much needed capacitor in order to get our AC blower back online.

They took the time to help us out and even offered to help us with our AC unit. All other places were not willing to provide us with the capacitor and just sounded as if they wanted to get off their phones. I recommend this company to everyone else and we are planning to hire them and recommending them to our friends and family members. God bless everyone! Very courteous and professional. Not cheapest but can beat quality, service and what is most important in long run, -warranty.

Our technician Daniel was fair, honest and came to our aid on a Sunday. He needed an additional part and returned on Monday to finish the job. We live in Hillsboro and he had to drive to Clackamas to pick up the additional part Monday morning. We received messages on arrival times and he arrived exactly when he said he would. Daniel went above and beyond and he was a pleasure to be around.

We had our furnace go out and global international heating and cooling installed one for us same week. They also installed an air conditioning system in our Portland home. They took care of our indoor air quality as well and made sure our ducts were cleaned and sanitized. New Thermostat, Fresh Duct work with self cleaning coil UV light. Now my family and I are ready for summer heat as we weren't last year. Thanks guys!

Everything about this process was excellent and professional. Daniel communicated with me on everything, was punctual, did not make a mess in my home, and was not "salesy" what my Leed condo HVAC system could need. My central AC unit stopped working in the middle of our heat wave. This company had a contractor that was able to come take a look at by AC unit the day that i called. This was a pleasant surprise as all other HVAC companies i called had about a ~4 week wait for an appt. The contractor the fixed my AC unit was very flexible with his time and very professional. It was a quick and easy fix and my house is cool again! I would highly recommend this company for HVAC needs. And I will be a repeat customer.
