A technician named Ryan Okashi was very thorough. He showed me what he was doing the whole time and explaining how HVAC works. He is very knowledgeable and a good worker. He couldn't find out what was wrong but he didn't give up. He found the solution and I was happy he took his time and found what was wrong. I highly recommend The Right Choice Heating & Air.

This company has been more than patient with me in the process of financing my own project for a complete HVAC system install. I got a quote from them back in December 2021 and again in December 2022. They submitted a bid and was very patient with NACA who held the funds in escrow. They arrived in the afternoon and was finished around 5 pm. I used this company previously for maintenance and repair about a year ago, so this is not my first experience with them.

Right Choice has been absolutely fantastic. I first reached out to have them replace a broken thermostat, then they did maintenance on my HVAC to prepare for summer and it was discovered I had faulty coils which were still under warranty. The coils have now been replaced. Everyone has made it so easy and they are all so friendly, competent, and on time with great prices. I highly recommend them for maintenance and repairs. Shout out to Antonio, Justin and Matt who were out here replacing the coils. Great job!

I purchased the PCT Model # 1603M from Amazon for my small greenhouse and it works perfectly. I could have got a cheaper heater but it would not have all the features the 1603M has. I love the thermostat for my greenhouse. I can set it and forget it and not have to worry about the temp. dropping in the middle of the night and loosing the vegetables I have growing.
I live here In California and the days are warm but the nights and early mornings can drop into the freezing stage in the winter and early spring very quickly. The 1603M is a solid heater and works fantanstic. It heats quickly and gets hot fast. I love this little heater and I can not do without it.
