Rubbish Inc was patient and explained the rental process to me while we were looking for a way to remove our home renovation debris. We had purchased a bagster and quickly realized that we needed a LOT more space. With Rubbish Inc's help, we got our rental scheduled and the friendly representative who dropped off our unit kindly hoisted our fully loaded and heavy bagster into the dumpster before departing.

We filled the dumpster and they came back to pick it up right on schedule with no damage to our driveway. The pricing is super fair and it's great to support a business who appreciates even their smaller, one-off residential customers when you know they've got to make tons more working with contractors and construction crews. Wow! These guys make it look easy. Todd is always available and super easy to work with. They are fast, courteous, and can put that dumpster pretty much anywhere. Some companies may look a little cheaper up front, but fail when it counts. Not Rubbish Pod. If you're in central Austin- they'll have your dumpster changed out in 2-3 hours from when you call. Reliable contractors make timelines and budgets possible. I always recommend Rubbish Pod to firends and use them whenever we need a dumpster.

I made several calls to different dumpster rental companies. Thank you, Rubbish Inc, for being patient with my many questions over 2-3 phone calls before we finally made the decision to try to get the work done over the upcoming weekend, aiming for the $25 discount on rental periods 3 days or shorter. The process was simple: I chose the drop-off day, got a call to process the payment, then a call to see how we were doing.

We ended up needing an extra day due to rain, and it seems they are completely understanding about that. Although I was home at the time, I didn't even hear the dumpster being hauled off. Great service!

Initial service was great dropped of when and where I asked. Only issue(s) were that the dumpster had mud chunks that were not cleaned up and left on my driveway, they took dumpster w/o communication of doing so (Part my fault for not confirming ahead of time, they did agree to bring me one out to finish my job). Otherwise friendly people and quality dumpsters and judging from reviews this could have been a random occurrence.

I am currently remodeling a 1920 bungalow in East Austin. Rubbish Inc, has had a rolloff on this property since March. During this 4 month time frame, Austin has been drenched in rain which made the backyard of this property a mud pit and difficult for Rubbish Inc., to pickup and deliver the rolloff BUT these guys succeeded every time! Todd has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He always delivers on his promises and always has such a great attitude. I highly recommend Rubbish Inc. as they are truly professionals and fantastic to work with.

These folks were friendly on the phone, communicative, flexible in scheduling a pickup, and when they had truck troubles and had to reschedule for another day, they went above and beyond to make it right. Recommended.

HOLY MOLY these guys were AMAZING! Yesterday, I got a call from the City of Austin that one of my rental properties had been abandoned. I had no idea that my tenants just decided they couldn't afford rent and so they just up and left. They left old furniture, old appliances, tons of trash, etc. It was a very disheartening scene, and I knew I couldn't handle it on my own.

I called Rubbish Inc and they were able to come out the very next day. For LESS than the price of a dumpster delivery quote from another company, they brought a 20-cubic-yard dump truck and two men to do all the work for me. The whole house took them two hours. I'm so amazed! I feel so much better about the state of the house now that it's cleared out. Today's peace of mind is a total turn around from yesterday's panic. Thank you Nick and Trey! I've used trash removal services a couple of times and this one surpasses them all. This one has real people answering the phone, which is huge for me, they are super friendly and they were able to schedule me right away. In my experience, most of these companies have answering machines, don't return calls, and book really far out in order to combine stops.

The guys were very nice when they arrived - Nick is awesome and they had everything moved fast! I had quite a bit of stuff. They were friendly, professional, and very courteous. I would absolutely use them again! Stress free!

Outstanding Service and fair pricing. That sums up my feelings about Rubbish Inc. I like it when I visit a project only once. I called and spoke to a live person, got a fair quote (I had already called around so I knew when I found good pricing) Scheduled my delivery and pick up time and I was done. I did not have to call to find out where they were for delivery or pick up or to question pricing. PLUS the dumpster looked nice, it was not a beat up rusted can. The driver was a great guy and put the dumpster exactly where I wanted it and took it away without hurting my property.

I was set to do a remodel of a home in Austin, TX, and planned on using WasteManagement to do my debris removal. I had looked at the rates online, and thought I knew what my approximate total would be. When i called to schedule to dumpster, however, i was shocked by all of the hidden fees that were running my total up (ie: carbon offset, fuel surcharge, drop off fee, pick up fee).

The total ended up being almost $200 more than i had anticipated, putting my total at around $800. Seeing as how I hadn't even started the remodel, I was not trying to lose control of the budget already. One of the fees they were going to charge me, I should mention, was a "next day delivery" charge. I had placed the order on a Friday, and needed Delivery on Monday. RubbishPod, however, took my order on that same Friday, and delivered my dumpster to me on the same Monday that I had scheduled delivery on with WasteManagement.

Their fee, however, was only $375. And that included everything. And by everything, I mean, everything. There were no hidden fees or charges, and we had the dumpster for 2 weeks. The owner called me to confirm, the delivery was on its way, and showed up right on time. The two gentlemen that dropped it off with me me were in RubbishPod uniforms., and were very courteous, even moving the dumpster around in the driveway for me a couple of times, until it was right where i needed it.

When they came to pick it up from me, they were, again, right on time, and even gave me a chance to make any last hauls into the dumpster before they took it away. If I ever need a roll-off dumpster service in Austin, I will undoubtedly use RubbishPod again.

Cannot say enough about this company. In fact, I might just start collecting junk again just so I can have them back. I left a message this morning and they called me back immediately. Thankfully, I was able to get squeezed in this afternoon and just a short 5 hours after the initial phone call to them - I'M JUNK FREE! All communication with Rubbish Pod was super-professional and the gentleman that came out to take my junk away was super-nice. Smooth transaction from start to finish. No up-sells or extra charges. Love it.
