Sound Painting Solutions just finished extensive exterior painting on our home. I have hired many contractors over the years, both professionally and as a homeowner, and SPS is right up there with the best. Professional and efficient, easy to work with, attentive to our special concerns, including carpentry repairs we needed, including one in a difficult high location.

Our job included siding, trim, metal railings and repair of a few instances of damaged wood. Everything is done, and it all looks great. Would hire them again in a heartbeat if we ever need further work. Bruce R.

Over the past four years I have used Sound Painting Solutions to paint the exterior of my house, paint several of my interior rooms, build my deck, and more. For each and every project they have been amazing to work with from the initial quoting phase, to when the brushes are dipped into the paint buckets, to when projects are cleaned up. In particular what I appreciate is that they're great at being flexible, understanding, and ensure that the any unexpected issues with a project get resolved.

That last one in particular is not something many companies are good at, so the fact that it's something that Sound Painting Solutions excels at, is something special. I will continue to trust Sound Painting Solutions for all of my future painting and light carpentry needs.

I enjoyed working with Jeff, the owner, and his team. Jeff is very responsive to my text messages. His crew did a fantastic job painting the basement of my rental house and filling in the nail holes. Sound Painting solutions did an amazing job from the initial request for an estimate to the end of the painting job. It was a quick turnaround with an accurate estimate and length of job. They were helpful in explaining everything from strategy, color selection, and payment. The team that did the work was on time and quick to adjust the few quality issues I discovered. We recently had them repaint all the interior walls and trim in a rental space of ours. Everyone I worked with was fabulous and super communicative. Connor the estimator was enthusiastic about the project and gave us good advice about choosing colors, brand, and sheen. Scheduling was very easy, and the project manager was a breeze to work with. We loved that color submission and invoicing was all online, which was very convenient. And the quality of the work was excellent! Will definitely use Sound Painting from now on.

Sound Painting painted our hallway and stairwell that previously had wallpaper. They did a quality job of making sure we couldn't tell wallpaper had ever been there. It took longer than expected but that was well communicated and still within the budget given at the start of the project. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

We had a very good experience with this project, which was actually several small jobs. The workers were on time, very friendly and courteous, and did a very professional job. We hired Sound Painting to stain and paint the exterior of a large multi-unit commercial building and were impressed with the team's work and everyone on it. They did great work. To a person, they've been professional, dedicated to making this go well, and simply pleasant to be around. One resident commented, unsolicited, that the staff was "Some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet." Another resident commented that "They did a fantastic job on my deck." The team leader, Victor, is an absolute pleasure to work with.

He was faced with some unusual challenges that no one can plan for, and not only did he get creative and find a solution, he never lost faith that it was doable (even when I was skeptical!). Where to begin! From start to finish and throughout the run of our project, Jeff Dupont, Owner and his team exceeded our expectations. Beginning with a thorough inspection of our 3400sq ft. home and custom paint requirements, Jeff provided a detailed proposal for all work, labor and materials. Though we added carpentry services which was a separate cost, at no time was our original quote adjusted in any way.

The communication from Gary Sandvig, Field Supervisor, was consistent and our Project Lead, Victor, who is easily one of the best in the business, kept the crew on task and on time! And our crew, I cannot say enough about these amazing people. Alfonso, Trey, Arturo and Gabby aka.the A-Team, not only produced beautiful work, but were also the kindest, most respectful, trustworthy and fun group of professionals I have ever worked with in this capacity and we look forward to seeing them again on future projects. Selecting the perfect contractor for your projects can seem overwhelming, but look no further as the fine people at Sound Painting are the absolute best choice!

SPS was actually so on time they started 4 days early! They reached out and we're very communicative about starting early and we were able to accommodate them. It was a surprise, but a welcome one. Our deck hadn't been stained in a while and they did a great job sanding and staining and the final product looks amazing! James and Nacho were very professional, courteous, and clear in what they were doing and when. While more expensive than other quotes, it's worth the money!

Everyone I encountered, from the estimator, to the scheduler, and absolutely EVERYONE on my crew was a pleasure to work with. Respectful of my time, consultative to explain my options, hands-on to ensure the results were matching my expectations, and courteous to my neighbors to ensure the trucks were out of the way and no trash was left out. Not only did they finish in time, but their work was impeccable. We still look at our walls/doors and admire the fine job they did. Update 2022 I'm in the process of selling my West Seattle home and went with Sound Painting Solutions for a full interior paint. They tend to focus on exterior work during the summer but made sure a couple of great painters were available for the paint job I needed. David and Wyatt were amazing to work with and I am extremely satisfied with the job they did.

Update: I have used this company five times for various projects. They always consistently do a quality job. I would definitely recommend this company. This is a great painting company. They are professional and do high quality work. That is something, which is very difficult to find in Seattle these days. Earlier this year, Jeff's team painted the entire interior of my house. Gary was the project manager and he made sure everything was done perfectly.

I liked the work so much that I hired them again to stain the exterior of the same house. Both of these jobs were very involved and each took a week to finish. The 1908 house now looks brand new and I am very happy with the finished product. This is a quality company that does quality work.

Sound Painting Solutions just repainted our kitchen and master bath cabinets and we are thrilled with the outcome. Our white cabinets were pretty beat up after 20 years of kids, dogs, and general wear and tear. They now look brand new! The work quality and attention to detail is excellent. Crew was great and very responsive when we had questions. Pricing was competitive -- not the highest or lowest bid we got, but we felt good about the thorough nature of the SPS bid process. We would definitely use Sound Painting Solutions again and highly recommend to others.

This company is great. From the front desk to the estimator to the painting crew I felt well taken care of all along the way. We booked pre-Covid and I was worried this might set things back a bit, but not at all. Painting happened right on schedule. The crew leader was excellent at his job and in the end the house looks great. Our job was a big job on a narrow lot with a lot of plants up close to the house.

They did a great job getting things prepped, and then getting things painted. In the end we are 100% satisfied and I highly recommend them. I wish all home care in Seattle was this high quality.

We decided to work with Jeff and Sound Painting Solutions right before things shut down in March. Jeff was extremely responsive and stayed in touch. Once we got going it was very easy to communicate with Jeff about the project. The crew was incredible - kind, professional and did such a good job. They helped out with other things that were going on around the house at the same time such as deliveries and worked well with other crews in the space. Victor was the lead on our particular job and was so nice as well. We had wallpaper done in our dining room and Gary did a beautiful job. The house was left in great shape afterward. I was very happy with the Sound Painting Solutions experience we had. It was an interior job that lasted two days. They arrived when they said they would, left when they said they would and were thorough. We live in an old house and had some holes that needed patching and some areas that needed sanding but we did not want the cost of fully repairing the walls.

I'm sure this can be a hard request since people are often unhappy but unlike some other companies who said they would need to do a lot more work on the walls to get them even, Sound Painting Solutions agreed to patch and paint and not try to get us to add a bunch of wall retexturing. If you want hard workers with good equipment that are professional but you don't want to pay as much as competitors and want a company to respect a limited work scope, Sound Painting Solutions should be a good fit!
